THis is the most amazing addition to any home. I love the fact it cleans itself, it will unload in the middle of a cleaning session and go back out to finish. I can even start, stop, and monitor it from my phone. How cool is that? I highly recommend this

I have had this for a year now. It really doesnt work very well. I have a golden retriever and this vacuum doesnt stand a chance.

I love this vaccum- I have it set to clean every night at 1 am- does a great job- we have 2 dog with lots of dog hair-rarely have to use my stick dyson anymore -only regret is that I did not purchase sooner!

Works as designed, but the app is spotty at best, the robot vac picks up more than I thought it would and I have a large dog that sheds all throughout the year. It keeps every thing clean, but sometimes takes multiple runs to clean the floor house. The self empty tank is a big feature, no bags to buy, just dump in the garbage.

This is amazing. It works well on our hard floors, carpets and our big rugs. I don't know how we managed without one in the past. It is worth every penny and I highly recommend.

picks up great, when full it doesn't always suck up because it clogs coming out of the vacuum

I first purchased the Shark robot that used LiDAR and loved the way it worked/cleaned. Then I saw this one on sale and liked the self empty option. However this one doesn’t map well and runs at slight angles. The self cleaning is great but would rather have the first shark I purchased. Seemed more intelligent and learned very quickly. My ratings are based on my experience with the first vac that used LiDAR

It does a good job in between your normal vacuuming but I wouldn’t make it your primary. It does come in handy for getting under beds and tables.

Amazing!!!! I have two short Robo vac‘s and there is nothing negative I can say about them honestly! They are extremely easy to set up and they do an amazing job at keeping pet hair, dirt, pet food, kitty litter, pretty much anything that can get on the floor it will take it up. With having four dogs and two cats in our home it was a constant battle keeping everything clean. I have five grand boys and I felt like I was spending most of my time vacuuming or sweeping just to try to make sure there wasn’t a bunch of pet hair in the floor when the babies came. But now having my shark Robo vac’s, I literally start them cleaning when I wake up and my floors stay spotless.

This little gem does a pretty good job of keeping our place clean. Takes a few runs to map out your place. Great for maintenance cleaning definitely not a deep cleaner. Love the app and easy to use

We owned this model Shark IQ Robot and bought this one for our daughter for Xmas. Both of us are real please with its performance. I will say, for us, it took months of us allowing the robot to "map" our house and when it didn't reflect anything near what I house looks like nor did it make it to all the rooms, we deleted the map and started over. We had to do this multiple times over the course of the year, but finally we have a map that we like and have started to title rooms so we can clean specific rooms manually.

Not super impressed. It definitely helps keep the floors clean but the software sucks. PROS: Cleaner floors but I still have to vacuum corners periodically. Scheduling daily cleaning is nice. CONS: Bumps into things WAY to much and just forces itself into areas where it will get in trouble instead of just turning around. Will start cleaning an area then randomly leave to the opposite end of the house where it wanders around aimlessly then starts cleaning somewhere else. It returns to certain areas multiple times where it again swirls around aimlessly then disappears off to another room (this happens around my office chair a lot while I’m on the phone and drives me absolutely insane.) Sometimes it follows a wall ALL THE WAY AROUND THE HOUSE, moving a couple inches then turns and bumps the wall over and over to get back to the charger. My recommendation is buy an expensive one that has object avoidance and can actually see the room. Also the maps make almost no sense. They constantly move around misaligning what I’ve tried to correct.

This works amazing. It is my first experience with a robot vacuum and I love it. I specifically like the self emptying ability, although I know it carried a higher price tag.

I was so skeptical about this thing but have come to really love it. Just installed new flooring and it keeps them in tip top shape between cleanings

It does an amazing job vacuuming the floors! I love how it goes and empties itself and then returns to exactly where it had been to finish!

Keeps the floors clean well. Occasionally gets stuck in a room. Much better, easier device than my previous iRobot.

So far it has worked very will. We have 3 other robots. I like the fact it empties itself. That is why we bought this one.

I am happy with this little machine. I live in corpus, its windy almost every day which mean dust and sand everywhere. The vacuum has my floors feeling clean. It seems to get lost(dance in the same area) sometimes but it will satisfactorily complete the job. The mapping is fairly accurate. The 4 stars is because the battery is being used as it dances between jobs.

I brought this for myself as a Christmas gift. I use it in a room where I have laminated floor. This is the main room that my dog goes in and out of during the day. And when I say "out," I mean outside. Needless to say, dirt is tracked in and out of the house. The vaccuum picks up dirt really wells. I like when it finds the base. That's the highlight of owning it. Pnce it finds the base, you can see the dirt being emptied from rhe vacuum to the base.

Great and easy to use. Big plus is i dont have to keep buying bags for the container.
