I have mostly cement floors with a few area rugs. As long as it's regularly maintained, it works great. The self-emptying feature is clutch - as I can run it while I'm away and only have to empty it every 6 or so times after running it in my 1K sq/ft apartment. Very easy to take apart to clean for maintenance.

I love this Vacuum its quiet and does a great job of cleaning. I have two cats and this works really well in the room with thier fur and litter. The app is easy to use and sync to and shows you the map of the area. Highly recommend if your in the market for a robot vacuum.

I purchased this robovac November 15, 2021. I would use it maybe once a week - if that. I had unplugged it recently for about a month as i was traveling. When I attempted to plug it back in and connect it, the clean light would turn red and the exclamation point would turn on. I attempted to reset it and also followed the instructions on the app as well as various Youtube videos. I called the Shark customer service number and am being told that it is no longer under warranty, they do not know why this has happened AND they are attempting to sell me another vacuum.
