Good item. It was easy to set up and scanned whole house. I first had to sweep and mop since I have several pets but since then I just run it every other day and the floors are spotless. I use it on stained concrete floor along with an area rug in the living area and it has no problems transitioning nor cleaning. I recommend it but do not recommend cleaning completely dirty floors from the get go. Give it a head start and itll take over from there.

Amazing! With a shedding pet, the Shark came in clutch. Have not used the mopping feature but have been very impressed with the Shark. Setup took about an hour or two with the mapping but time well spent. We’ve noticed less dust buildup on several surfaces since we started using and the areas just look and feel cleaner. I empty every two days and surprised with the amount of dirt and hair it picks up.

Love this vacuum. it does such a great job. Get the warranty, because it will break after a year of use (if you have pets). But i love it so much I just keep repurchasing

If you’re in the market for a vacuum that truly embodies the essence of “sucks,” look no further than the Shark vacuum. **Performance:** - **Suction Power:** It’s almost impressive how poorly it manages to pick up dirt and debris. You might as well be using a broom. I’ve seen my cat’s fur laughing at it, as it effortlessly glides past. - **Versatility:** Shark claims versatility, but this vacuum struggles to transition from carpet to hardwood. It’s like watching a toddler try to ride a bike for the first time—awkward and ultimately unproductive. **Design:** - **Weight:** If you’re looking for an upper body workout, congratulations! This vacuum weighs a ton. Maneuvering it feels like dragging a small elephant around the house. - **Noise Level:** The sound it makes is reminiscent of a jet engine taking off. Who knew vacuuming could double as a noise complaint? **Ease of Use:** - **Cord Length:** The cord is so short that it’s practically a tether. You’ll find yourself playing an elaborate game of “how close can I get to the outlet?” - **Maintenance:** Emptying the dust canister is an exercise in futility. It’s like trying to get toothpaste back in the tube—messy and frustrating. **Overall Impression:** In conclusion, the Shark vacuum excels at one thing: proving that not all vacuums are created equal. If you’re in the mood for a vacuum that provides minimal suction and maximum sarcasm from your friends and family when they see you using it, then by all means, go for it. Otherwise, you might want to keep looking. Was this review helpful, or are you looking for something more specific?

    Identity crisis

This vacuum has a little bit of an identity crisis. It is not really a 2-in-1 vacuum/mop with self-emptying capabilities… if you use the mop feature then you lose the self-empty capability which is dumb. Getting this with the self-empty dock is a waste of money. The vacuum works well other than that. The app only allows for 1 schedule and only 1 floor though.

Really love it! It’s a little frustrating to get set up and map out your house but once you do, it’s like having a cleaning lady. Just vacuum some mops while you’re doing other things. Great purchase for the price.

First one we got would not mop, second one after replacement worked fine. The mopping feature is nice in theory but does not clean as much as you’d like. The vacuum and self emptying is very convenient and nice.

    Shark robot vacuum OK

As a bare floor vacuum robot this is a good unit. Like a lot of these they do only fair on carpet. Also I have been disappointed in the mop system. The mop tank plumbing is prone to clogging. But aside from that it does well on wood, linoleum, vinyl and tile as a robot vacuum. I did find the floor mapping system to be not well programmed.

This robot vacuum is the best one I’ve ever owned. Easy to set up, easy to program, and the best part is you can easily have it vacuum certain rooms. The vacuum is also very quiet compared to iRobot vacuums I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend. I will probably purchase a second for my other floor.

It does a fantastic job of keeping the floors clean and looking great. It’s just a quick swap of the container for it to go between mop and vacuum, and it’s done away with our need to do either manually. It’s smart mapping of the house layout is wonderful, and it never tries to mop carpet.

It vacuums well. It does well with dog. I would give it a 5 star bit the mopping system is not that great. It sprays the cleaner and the cloth underneath gets so soaked thats it leaves the floors drenched.

The product worked right out of the box and setup time including the app was very easy to use. The custom mapping allowed us to break apart the house to be able to clean areas needing it more by selecting the zone. I also love the 'scheduling' option so presently "Que" (our name for him) works at night after we are asleep - it is awesome.

This was my first robot vacuum cleaner and it worked fine, I would have to consistently empty it because of the amount of cat hair and human hair that would get trapped. The little brush would come loose if it got caught on rugs or other items. Worked Best on leveled floor

I had an Eco vacuum/mop for about 3 years before the cliff sensors got corroded from the moisture and it always thought it was about to fall off a cliff. That old machine would send notifications to my phone when there were issues- the shark stopped doing that a long time ago. Same thing with responding to voice commands through my phone. The old one would also let me view its cleaning progress on the map in real time- this shark will only let me look at the map once it has finished or given up. Mopping is one step above useless on both of them- they are both basically equivalent to limply dragging a wet rag over your floor. But what I would have to say the worst part of this disappointing machine is is that it can't even return to its dock and empty or charge by itself anymore. I've checked the floor and it's wheels and made sure everything is clean but it will still just repeatedly back up to the dock, pull forward, spin around, and repeat this until the battery dies unless I hold it against the dock for a few seconds when it gets there. For being a big brand name and a more expensive product that is several years newer then the previous one I owned, this is wildly disappointing in several areas.

I love it! I can set it up while I do laundry, or cook. I make the vacuum run everyday, but have to set up the mop individually. It is sometimes messy changing out the canisters. I recently got the upgraded Shark for my upper level, that drops the mop-pad and picks it up when it needs it and refills itself- it’s a lot less messy! It can be a pain changing out the canisters.

I have this for 2-3 weeks and I'm very happy with how well it works. It quite, love that it doesn't have bags like other brands etc. The only think I wish was different was the programing the rooms and mopping maps .
