I have had this product for 9 months now. I am using it twice a week roughly for mop + vaccum. Although it does an acceptable job cleaning, the mop tank was broken twice in the past months. The brushroll is already worn out and the brushroll door also got broken. In no way I have abused the product. These are beyond minimal wear and tear of a good quality product. Usually the replacements are expensive and out of stock and not covered by warranty so its an additional $ . The software could also do better there are occasional glitches but not a deal breaker. So overall 3stars for doing the job but for quality 2 stars.

A great idea and value at the time but this will be a vaccum you'll need to babysit a lot. It gets lost. Stuck in corners, and dies. I spend more time looking for than enjoying the automation.

Mapping and self clean is good. For cleaning, 90% good. Sometimes it is missing some debris.

This is really life save and time saver for me as I am a working mom of 4 year todler and working full time ,I can’t get a chance to do cleaning as much I want but now I don’t have to wait for my day off to get mop and vacuumed because I bought this and it’s does everything for me so I have more time to spend with my kid .love this robot and it’s part of our family too as my daughter named fluffy bear ❤️

Really love it! It’s a little frustrating to get set up and map out your house but once you do, it’s like having a cleaning lady. Just vacuum some mops while you’re doing other things. Great purchase for the price.

I put it to use daily and it picks up dust and dirt everyday. I like to stay on top of the maintenance and empty the dust bin and hand wash the mop pad so it will last and not smell the house. It really helps me out so much, it helps me be in a better mood coming home to a clean house. I recommend 100%. Best investment I’ve ever gotten.

I love this product it keeps my floors clean everyday and worry free. Love the option that you can mop as well. Best Buy did really great on this item

I love it. Gets into corners better than I expected and is so good at maneuvering. I use it twice a week for sweeping. The mop attachment is also better than expected. I use that about once a week and spot mop some areas the shark can’t get to. Overall cut down on my cleaning time and is a huge help. Slightly loud so I do it during the day. But compared to a normal vacuum it’s alot quieter. It takes about 90 minute to complete my house. Approx. 1,300sqft. I have waterproof LVT floors. I told my mom and sister to get one and they love it too.

I bought the device due to reviews and $300 price drop. I am disappointed in the anount of debree and dust it misses. I programed the separate room features and it keeps going into a stay out zone. I like hiw it charges and the concept of it vaccuming when not home. But just doesnt work well. When it goes back to the doc. I like how the debree sucks into the stand automatically. This could be a nice vaccuum if it vacuumed well and the features worked as intended. The programming of separatr rooms could be resolved with an software update. The ability to vacuum close to walls would require a design changes. Ok ig you need floors vaccuumed in a general sense. But if you want the floors truly vaccumed aleverywhere. Do not recommend.

Good performance ! Yet to try the mopping feature and should wait for a further update ! Vaccum is great , ease of use and ultra clean mode is good

I'm loving my Shark Robot Vacuum and Mop! Before this one, I had bought two Rombo Robot Vacuums, which I returned because they weren't efficient. When they mopped, they left lines and streaks, and the other one didn't vacuum properly. I decided to try the Shark Robot Vacuum and Mop, and I'm loving it. It leaves no streaks and vacuums very well. It's very good and quiet. I totally recommend it.

It has been several months since I purchased this unit. Overall it works fairly well, but it does not clean everything as thoroughly as expected. You also need to replace the pads every time you use it, otherwise it starts to develop a dirty smell. For the past two months it has also been making a loud noise that it did not make when I first started using it. Another issue is connectivity. It occasionally disconnects from the internet and reconnecting it can be frustrating. It also tends to miss spots that are completely unobstructed and it does not reliably respect the no go areas that are set in the app. Because of these issues, the performance feels inconsistent compared to when it was new. Overall it is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Great product, we absolutely love how it cleans. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 * is if you were to purchase more than one (like for a second floor), you can only map 1 floor and can’t have a schedule that’ll run each separately.

Overall this wasn’t a bad vacuum but had issues. I thought Shark would have a better product but I thought this was lacking. The mopping pad continuously came off and the battery died within a year and I had to return. It was able to perform in a pinch but I’ll be hesitant to buy another Shark product in the future.

We have 2 large dogs that shed and this shark is absolutely great. We purchased this because it creates a floor map and systematically covers the entire floor. Its very quiet in comparison to an older Roomba we had previously. The app is robust as well. No beefs so far after several months.

Works great and gets the job done! With two cats and two kids it makes keeping the floor clean a breeze!

The Shark Matrix has been great in keeping our carpets clean. Easy to set up and nice to have the app so we can control it on our phones.
