Love this machine. I work random hours so it’s hard to have a certain time to clean and this shark helps me a lot

I purchased this one after my irobot gave out. All I have to say is that I love my Groot (Yes, I named it). He cleans the house so much better than the other one. Highly recommended.

Bought it for my wife as a Christmas gift, she absolutely loves it used it all the time especially that it vacuum and washes the floor give her free time to do other things she enjoys

This vaccuum works great, self cleans, and learns to map immediately ... charges a little slower than my other robot but does a MUCH better job...love the modes and the mopping. Highly recommend

1 of my favorite vacuums. I did have to return because for the price it didn't go directly to the rooms i told it to. Besides that it was pretty nice to try it out for a bit

The vaccum does exactly what you would think it does, it cleans on a schedule. However, keep in mind if you are considering buying it. It hates cords, shoe laces, or even socks. If left on the floor it can and will suck it up and get jammed on anything that is not heavy or anchored down. But it is a very easy process to fix and clean out. Secondly, it can only map 1 floor of the house, if you wanted to move it upsets or to a basement, you would have to manually hit the "clean" button on the device for it to work, using the app will cause it to get "lost" or just re clean the same area. Overall, try to buy it on sale rather than full price, it will make the cons seem less significant.

We bought this product been little bit skeptical about it but once we tried it out it worked really good for our home and is easy to use. I would recommend it.

I bought this for my inlaw since shes always sweeping with a broom and mopping well NO MORE. She uses this robot and it saves her cleaning time and sweeping time and it leaves everything spotless.

I had an Eco vacuum/mop for about 3 years before the cliff sensors got corroded from the moisture and it always thought it was about to fall off a cliff. That old machine would send notifications to my phone when there were issues- the shark stopped doing that a long time ago. Same thing with responding to voice commands through my phone. The old one would also let me view its cleaning progress on the map in real time- this shark will only let me look at the map once it has finished or given up. Mopping is one step above useless on both of them- they are both basically equivalent to limply dragging a wet rag over your floor. But what I would have to say the worst part of this disappointing machine is is that it can't even return to its dock and empty or charge by itself anymore. I've checked the floor and it's wheels and made sure everything is clean but it will still just repeatedly back up to the dock, pull forward, spin around, and repeat this until the battery dies unless I hold it against the dock for a few seconds when it gets there. For being a big brand name and a more expensive product that is several years newer then the previous one I owned, this is wildly disappointing in several areas.

Great robot vacuum, easily tackles our long haired cat and long haired dog hair. Substantially better on hard floors as compared to carpet but still does a great job!

This was my first robot vacuum cleaner and it worked fine, I would have to consistently empty it because of the amount of cat hair and human hair that would get trapped. The little brush would come loose if it got caught on rugs or other items. Worked Best on leveled floor

With a household of two boys and two dogs this has been a lifesaver! So easy to switch from mop to vacuum and it is amazing how good a job it does.

It worked perfectly for three weeks, but suddenly it stopped working properly. It's vacuuming or mapping and then suddenly stops and won't continue. I've found it several times halfway down the floor, not working and without a charge. I'm thinking of contacting Shark customer service because my store warranty has expired.

Absolutely the best robot vacuum Ive owned. Vacuums and mops, maps your home so it can be set to clean specific areas or even avoid areas you dont want cleaned. Easy to use and so quiet you forget it is running.

First one we got would not mop, second one after replacement worked fine. The mopping feature is nice in theory but does not clean as much as you’d like. The vacuum and self emptying is very convenient and nice.

I've had it for less than a week. So far it does a great job with vacuuming. I have been running it every day. I mopped once with the machine. Don't bother buying it for mopping. I realize it's just supposed to be a light mopping but it did not do that well.

Easy setup, very good cleaner. I loved the house mapping feature and the option to clean specific areas with simple commands from a smartphone.
