You need this in your life PERIOD. Just fyi you still need to vacuum and mop but this would definitely help and save you some time. I like to use it when i’m not home or at night. It collects dust and makes my floors look shiny.

Machine works as expected. This is a create product for every home, well I've only had it for 2 months but so far it's dong the job perfectly.

Works great. Takes some time to set all the zones up for it. Once that is done the vac will go over the floor and will find dirt we missed.

It works amazing as long as nothing gets stuck like shoe laces or rugs. Mop function is ok only used once.

2 in 1 vacuum and mop really works the best! It is amazing that this can do home mapping and youre good to go! This is really a must buy item!

The cleaning performance is really good on this vacum it gets a lot of hard to reach corners and avoiding obstacles is also very good and my favorite feature is that if it need water changed or something is stuck it will talk to you to tell you

I have a GSD and anyone who has had GSD knows how much they shed. This vacuum has made my life so much easier. I’ve had other vacuums and I can say this one by far is the only one that can keep up with my dog.

It works great. Very good cleaning. Easy to set up. Mapping works well. We have not used the mopping feature yet, but will soon.

Has different settings, and easily manageable through the app! Setting up is easy and leaves home clean! Love it and definitely recommend!

Well, what can I say about Matrix 2-1 Shark? The best robot I've ever bought for cleaning my house. It vacuums while it mops! It's simply amazingly excellent.

I was concerned with a single sweeper and it also being mop capable that both would suffer in performance. But we took a chance and both work great. We did upgrade the sweeping brush to a three brush but it works well either way. Mopping is honestly better than anticipated. You will still need to clean and scrub but this definitely extends that out a lot while ensuring all the hair and dirt is mostly gone. I think the only issue I found is with the new method of tracking and mapping is certain areas lower to the ground it doesn’t even attempt to go under which is unfortunate. But I recommend it still over any other smart robot vacuums.

Great product!! The Shark Vacuum does a wonderful job with our hard floors and carpet rooms. Amazing how much it will pick up.

It works great for cleaning and even a surface level mop. The problem is once a month it randomly disconnects from the app and the only way you can fix it is by deleting it and fully reconnecting. The first time it did that I lost the home’s entire map and had to redo them. The past few times it has kept the map. Either way- it’s annoying to have to manually reconnect each month for no apparent reason.
