I've been running the vacuum daily for about a year now without any serious issues. My only complaints are related to the App. It frequently logs me out unprompted and some times takes several times to log back in. The app also frequently deletes the map of the house so in order to use the room feature, I have to stop what I'm doing and re-add all the rooms in the house. As a whole, the app needs some major work and I'm not sure i would buy it again.

Works very well for floor mopping!!! Happy with the product.

It does a great job ! It runs out of charge before it finishes our house but it goes back and docks itself and once recharged it goes back to where it left off . I was worried half the house would never get cleaned but it starts right back up on its own .

I had the older model that would not map my house very well no matter how long it ran. This new model is great, love that it mops the floors for me. I was amazed how much it scrubbed off my kitchen floor.

Works really good I'm just think,that software could be better, vacuum's and mops quicker than another brand I have that just vacuums. And does a better job.

Works great vacuuming, mopping uses same pad unless changed not the best does not pick up liquids.

I bought this because I have the prior model without a mop function and wanted to upgrade downstairs and move the non-mop upstairs. When I bought this I knew I had to change the mop/vac fittings which is absolutely no issue, it actually makes a lot of sense to do it this way while keeping the unit compact. My issue is the base that this comes with. once the wheels are wet, it has a lot of trouble going from a normal carpet to the base. It will routinely slide off of it and take a while to get on, if at all. If the base had some grip to it, we would be completely set. That is my only gripe. I see others saying the mop function isn't strong, I knew this as I had used a Brava in the past. It is surface level completely, understand that you won't get a deep clean. It is not meant for that. I have a toddler and this is amazing for cleaning up her surface level mess on the kitchen floor, if you want a deeper clean you will need to go with a real mop system. That is in no way a Con of this device, this was made to work just like this. As an added note, the new edge clean mechanic is next level, using air to shoot the particles around to the front of the unit and also hit baseboards is amazing and works super well. Overall, fix the issue with the base and this thing becomes a 5/5 in my book.

I've only had this for 7 months and I'm already having issues. It doesn't stay in the "mapped" area. What's the point of connecting it to Wi-Fi if it goes wherever it wants anyway? I keep getting "brush roll stuck" messages. I clean out the brush roll and everything else and it will run once or twice then I get that message again. I have it running daily to keep up with the dogs. I think this would work great if you don't have pets.

I barely even sweep or mop now that i have this. It did a great job of outlining the house too so it can better navigate its surroundings. The app is also very user friendly! Would recommend!!

I really wanted to love my robot vacuum. But, I have had it for 2 months and honestly feel like it is much more trouble than it is worth. The main reason I wanted it is because we have pets and of course fur goes everywhere. They are all short haired, and truly not a lot of shedding. The vacuum does a good job picking up dust, but leaves everything else on the floor. I have to run the regular vacuum at least every other day and that totally defeats the purpose. And now, while in operation, the lever that holds the dust bin in place popped off. It is held in place with a spring and I have no idea where the spring went. After hours of searching, I assume it must be in Canada. I don't know. All in all, disappointed with this fairly pricey purchase.

Very good machine. Replaced our old shark. We named this one Bruce 2.0 It does amazing with vacuuming and mopping.

2 in 1 vacuum and mop really works the best! It is amazing that this can do home mapping and youre good to go! This is really a must buy item!
