Little guy does a good job but it disconnects from my app every once in a while. You also have to physically switch the mop and vacuum inserts, which isn’t a big deal but I believe other brands you don’t have to. For the price this thing rips in vacuum and mop mode.

Really enjoying our Shark robot vacuum and mop. Does a really good job. Mapped the room and sweeps and mops well.

I was lil skeptical about this robot for some reviews I read before but after 1 month of use I can give a honest review, I have 2 dogs and 1 baby, this is a clean changer, it really helps with dust and dog hair, it mops really good, is not for large spills but for your everyday it works perfect. You set the map and schedule you want this machine cleans and then it does his work. I really love it. In my case I use a steamer machine once a week to sanitize and the shark robot everyday. Love it!

So far so good. This vacmop does a great job and seems to be pretty thorough. We like it better than our old Roomba that seemed to conk out on us and always was having issues. Similar to other reviews you might see, the app is lacking. I wish it had some more features, but overall easy to use. At this point it has run about 18.5 hours without any issue since first bought it. So of course still a lot to be dtermined, but at this point, we are happy that we went with this Shark!

I've been running the vacuum daily for about a year now without any serious issues. My only complaints are related to the App. It frequently logs me out unprompted and some times takes several times to log back in. The app also frequently deletes the map of the house so in order to use the room feature, I have to stop what I'm doing and re-add all the rooms in the house. As a whole, the app needs some major work and I'm not sure i would buy it again.

I absolutely love this robot!!!! I was so surprised by the ability it had to map my house and how efficient the vacuum was.

It does a great job ! It runs out of charge before it finishes our house but it goes back and docks itself and once recharged it goes back to where it left off . I was worried half the house would never get cleaned but it starts right back up on its own .

Great mop function, run and clean all house. The movil app is a great feature to manage cleaning

I'm familiar with the vacuuming (I also have an AE2500), and this has much more power, but I'm reviewing mopping. It mopped better than I did. Seriously. I tested this: I mopped my floors first (Swiffer wet). I didn't pickup much dirt. I then set this up and after mapping, I threw on the mop. Seriously?! It mopped the house and picked up much more dirt than I could manually mopping. Time will tell, but based on initial performance ... yes. Get this.

Easy to operate, cleans effectively and light. I like that it is self-cleaning and bagless. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this about two months ago. So far it’s great but it does use a lot of cleaning solution and makes a really loud suction noise when it goes back to the dock even if it’s not emptying the bin.

Just love it, good price-value; fast and easy to setup. Has save my back from pain. Keeps kitchen clean. Feels good quality. I recommend.

This is the best purchase so far this year. I work 9-5 and have 4 kids and a dog, this is a lifesaver. I can come home to a clean house
