The was a replacement of my previous one that lasted 7 years. Always had a good experience with these products. I think I just got a lemon. This one would disconnect from wifi after every run. I'd have to go through the whole process of reconnecting to the router every cleaning. I have no dead zones in my house. Hopefully won't have the same issue when I replace this one.

This is a good robot vacuum at a lower price point, but the suction is not great (only 2,500 PA) and I found it was not enough suction to take care of all the crumbs on our rugs.

Amazing does just what i need it to. Cleans the floors very well. You can also take everything apart and order new parts. The vacuum is very fixable

It has helped me a lot in keeping the house clean, it works very well, even when I'm not at home. Sometimes I need to repeat the operation to get it completely clean.

It works well most of the time. Once in awhile it likes to get stuck near a radiator.

This robo does everything it has to. Sometimes it needs somebody to follow while its stuck between dining chairs or carpets. Slow but cleans well.

Definitely a great buy for the busy family. Not the best mopping but perfect for multiple times a week. works really good for cleaning all the floors while at work or at church. Once mapped, you can send it to do single rooms.

Took so many attempts to set it up with your phone, but after that it worked perfectly!! I recommend this forsure.

this has made my life so much easier. It cleans the whole house and uses a pattern, unlike the random go-everywhere with the Rumba

I’d like to start this review by stating that I’ve had Shark products in the past, and have had very little problems with them. That being said; this is not just the worst robot vacuum I’ve ever purchased. It’s in the running for one of the worst THINGS I’ve ever purchased. I cant walk more than three feet away from this thing if it’s running which is an even bigger bummer than it sounds because it can rarely get more than five feet away from the charging base. The map is profoundly useless.. This machine has missed it’s target room at a rate of 100%. I set which room for it to go to, and watch it pathetically flounder about the area surrounding the charging base popping up error code after error code. IF you can successfully have this piece of garbage make it to the desired room (Which is a MASSIVE if) you get the absolute pleasure of watching it choke on even the smallest things. Shame on you Shark. You should’ve left this one on the drawing board. How dare you charge consumers for this. I hope this review finds you hard at work cutting refund checks.

I absolutely love my Shark robot vacuum! It’s very quiet, which is a huge plus, and it cleans really well—even picking up dirt I didn’t realize was there. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my floors stay clean without me having to do the work. Definitely worth it!

Smart system and easy to install. It does well notifying you of errors, like the roller needs clearer. There are errors that seem to be false, for example it thinks it’s on a ledge but it’s only bumped up against a floor vent. I still think it’s worth its value
