Great vacuum. Sometimes it misses small bits, but overall it does a good job. I like scheduling feature, which alleviates the need to worry about running it. The mopping feature is okay, but we mostly needed the vacuum.

It's pretty nice, does a good job vacuuming. easy to empty. was a little hard figuring out the directions. It has a long charge which I really like. Best of all, it does a really good job of picking up my dog Eddies hair. His picture with the Shark vacuum included.

I have 3 dogs and a cat so all the hair all over my floors and I also have an infant who is in the beginning stages of crawling so I need my floors clean. The vacuum does a great job, even getting the corners which our old robot vacuum did not do and I’d have to go behind and get those. The vacuum itself seems to have decent suction for a robot although we have hardwood floors and 2 thin rugs so I can’t say how it’d do with carpet. I also love the mopping feature, it’s so nice to be able to have one machine that will do both and get both the dog’s hair and muddy foot prints.

Excellent!!! Love how well it vaccuums. Setting up the mopping does take a few with marking out area rugs. With 11 cats it doesnt live up to the 60 days without dumping the bin, but, hey, most people dont have a wife who brings home every stray she finds!!! And, did i mention?? It is also a toy/taxi service for a cat to ride on

I am very happy with my shark floor cleaner. I am limited on what I can do so this works well for me. I find it works great on my large Rubin my living room & does wellonthe bare floors in theist of house. Took me watching several YouTube videos to set it up which I was able to do, which says a lot for a senior lady.

Great first step upgrade … the mapping of the whole house is actually amazing and pretty accurate. Thing I love - 3d mapping - the vacuum and filter. Makes me feel sooo happy - ai name suggestions Things to improve: - just wish I could add one room it missed without remapping the whole thing - it takes forever to vacuum one room (aka 30 min) - not sure how clean it is??? - switching between mopping and vacuuming isn’t clear and easy

We bought this yesterday. First of all, the directions are poorly written, and the app is a nightmare to navigate. We finally got it connected, and it mapped the house and started cleaning. We told it to clean the living room and it cleaned a completely different part of the house so we told it to remap the house. It would not remap the house we tried 15 times to get it to remap the house, and it would go a foot out from the dock and return. Needless to say, we will be taking it back. The bin on the base is literally the size of a stand-up tissue box, so it does not hold very much dirt. We have huskies. We needed something to hold hair. The bin on the bot is no bigger than a womans hand, so it would go back to the base frequentlyand you would have to press the clean button on the app to tell it to resume cleaning. Very poorly designed app and robot. I couldn't try the mopping feature as it won't leave the dock now. I have no idea how it received such high reviews.

Excellent; it's helped me a lot around my house. It cleans and sweeps really well and gets into the small cracks perfectly. I recommend it, just as it was recommended to me.

Front of box shows that is is filled with water and states self empty for up to 60 days. Thats only true if you dont have the mop attachment on. It only self empties with the vacuum attachment. You have to manually dump when using the vacuum only attachment. Not sure I would have purchased if i knew I had to change attachments everytime to switch between mom and vacuum self empty.

Very good. Sometimes inexplicably the unit cleans another room of the house we dont assign it, but does a great job shining floors. Better than even our housekeeper! Have a competitors product from 4-5yr ago vac and the tech is night and day. Love it except when the app glitches every so often.

This is my best purchase recently. Beautiful, easy to use and most importantly time saving. I am very glad that I have this robot vacuum cleaner. It both cleans well and does excellent wet cleaning.

My mom and I always want a robot vaccuum/mop, and I am so happy I got the shark! First of all, it is a lot less than the Roomba, and second, it it just so convenient to have (especially if you have pets). When we first got it (this is hilarious) I didn't know it would go back to the dock to charge on it's own and it scared my mom! I was outside when she called Me and told me Bruce (our shark's name) rushed to the dock, running for it's life. And then, later that night, I wasn't expecting it to go finish where it left off (which scared my mom again lol) which is awesome. oh, and our cats love to stalk it and watch it work lol.

Takes time to set how to use the robot vacuum. Our first one. Im glad that I bought the one that mops. I can set it to clean individual rooms or some of the rooms or the entire floor plan layout. Just have to make sure that I move my loose items, for an efficient space vacuuming. Unfortunately, I bought it at 399.99 and its now 349.99(50.00 difference); but I got 16.34 back and BestBuy didn’t refund my 35.00 Rewards.

Im satified! For the money, shes awesome. Mapping - Great Self cleaning- perfect "MATRIX" clean - best vacuuming these rugs and carpets have ever had without paying someone or renting a cleaner. Ease of app. - well done. Im old and I get it. Lol Great tool for the house. Works with Alexa, and maybe Google. I do hope that eventually, that it only needs me to say "Becky" instead of this interaction; "Alexa, ask Shark to clean kitchen." "Okay, which robot?" "Becky." I only have one robot. Lol That may be more Amazon than Shark too, though. Overall though, buy it.

Really great vacuum! It moves around obstacles and gets all floor surfaces clean. I like that you can set a time for it to run every day so you don’t have to think about it. The mop attachment is also just as amazing! This vacuum is not loud until it attaches back to the base and cleans itself but that last less than 10 seconds and isn’t obnoxious at all. I truly do recommend this product!

Good product. Does exactly what it’s designed to do and it does it well. One issues I’ve found is that it believes it is on a “cliff” when trying to go over vent grates. Stops if there is anything that will get stuck etc.
