I’ve been wanting one of these for awhile and my wife finally said yes after I found it on sale for a good deal. Couldn’t be happier! Let the robot explore your house and it’ll map out each room and it’ll get to work. We have 3 cats, 1 dog and a 19m old baby, as you can imagne the pet hair and toddler snacks.. haha!

Works perfectly fine. Help me to do almost nothing with my house cleaning.

It gets the job done…. most of the time. The mop pad attachment has already broke( it’s been a month). It often gets itself stuck in random places and it will randomly have trouble returning to the base. I loved the Shark robot vac I bought a few years ago and I’m honestly kind of disappointed that this one does so mediocre compared to its predecessor.

I had really high hopes on this one... Vacuum option still the best but the mopping is where the issue starts. I have tried it a few times and every time is the same, the floor ends up with a very visible marks giving it a not so clean look. I have an older version of the shark robovac and this was never a problem. Im thinking about returning it and get the old one.

Honestly a nice vacuum but the app needs updating. It does seem to get "lost" occasionally. I send the vacuum to vacuum the kitchen and it randomly heads to the bathroom first. Probably needs to be remapped but could also be an app issue.

I believe this is one of the my best purchase from best Buy. It really works great and i am loving it.. Super easy, just sit back and relax and let robot works for you

Good if you don’t have pets , or atleast my dog was not a fan of it . But perfect for a quick clean.

Run 'Clean Latifah' on a schedule (yes you can name it) with the vacuum, switch out for the mop head every few days. It picks up much better than I originally thought. Having a toddler definitely pushes the limits on daily cleaning, but this Shark vacuum hasn't disappointed. Truly advise the slightly higher cost for the dust bin.

I used to have several models from other brands and this is the first time I find a robot vacuum that satisfies my expectations. I would recommend it without a doubt.

Youll need to prep the house like if you were gonna do it. But then let it do its thing. Really good when you have kids and pets

Works excellent….very easy to use and very easy to program

works good like a tornado. make sure nothing is in it’s way or it will try to eat it up, including the dogs bed, the wires under the adjustable bed, Christmas tree skirt, etc

Overall im very satisfied. Set up was easy, very essy to use wirh the app. Mops well, and vacuums well.

So far the shark Robo vacuum is doing a great job. It took some time to set up the no no mop zone but after that it’s been working great.

It does such an awesome job. Don’t have to clean up as much with the three of us and 5 animals. It gets the job done!!!

So happy. This little guy is so good. I'm only sad I didn't get one sooner. The mop function is amazing. I have 2 cats and a dog and wood floors. It used to be impossible to keep up with the hair. It runs every morning before anyone is awake and my floors have never been cleaner. Its way quieter than I expected and I was worried it would fall down stairs but no problems.
