Excellent vacuum cleaner, very good vacuum cleaner, only it gets a little out of place.

Bought this for my mother. She’s been loving the ease of using it. She is able to vacuum her home while being miles away from it. My only critique is that you have to swap the mop manually, which isn’t too much of a hassle.

So easy to setup and runs like a champ. Does a good job with dog hair. I haven't tried the mop function yet so it could be a higher review. Worth it even if you don't use it!

No issues. Huge upgrade from my previous robot vacuum which constantly got stuck, needed to be emptied, or otherwise required all of my attention. I wish the app had a live view of the map as the vacuum was going around, though.

Stress relief, reduce your amount of time when you clean the house

I was in the market for a robot vacuum/mop to help keep up with my floors in between my deep cleans. Well after lots of research the Shark Matrix 2 in 1 was what I purchase. Initially it worked well but I easily learned that it was not a great product. The mapping was not so bad, it often ignored “No Go” zones and I had to redo the mapping several times. It missed a lot of the areas that I wanted it to clean and the fill tank for the mop is so small. I found myself refilling it more times than I would like. After some time the brush roll would alert that it was stuck and I followed instructions to clear out debris. However, there was no debris to clean out so I reset the whole thing and it still does that same thing. I tried reaching out to customer service and there’s been no luck getting help. I’ve replaced the brush roll and still not working.

This vacuum is amazing! It cleans deeply and thoroughly, and my mom really likes it (she gets less tired). All you have to do is make sure there’s nothing lying around, and it does the rest on its own.

Used it in both modes and works perfectly. The App is working great. Maybe you need time at the beginning to configure your house map and areas but having this tool makes everything easier and better. My wife is in love with this robot because floors look shiny everyday. I recommend this product

I purchased a robot vacuum about 10 years ago & wasn't happy with it. I received this one as a gift & WOW has the tech improved! It navigates my dining room chairs, cleans up all the dirt & dog hair & even empties itself. I LOVE this vacuum.

This is doing a great job, we had 2 previous vacuum and mop robots in the last year that either broke or didn't do a good job. This one by far is superior, we are very happy with the cleaning and software definitely recommend.

The self-empty is a feature I wouldn't go without ever again.

Sharkira is a big help in keeping the house clean. Learning to plan and plot with the app is time-consuming and I can't find an option to map both the 1st and 2nd floors and save both maps without losing the first floor mapped. This part is not user friendly. However, the performance is great. If Shark or Best Buy have any guidelines or suggestions, please let me know.

Expensive even on sale it cost 4 bills especially comparing it to other robot vacuums but worth it if you have a pet. It does well for vacuuming and mopping. The mapping function is a bit annoying but you have that issue in the beginning.

So far I reall like it. Inpurchased a different make that was suppose to be a very good one but it stopped working right aboutv2 to 2 1/2 weeks after I bought it. I still haven't tried the mop part but very happy with the vacuum so far
