Excellent; it's helped me a lot around my house. It cleans and sweeps really well and gets into the small cracks perfectly. I recommend it, just as it was recommended to me.

I recently invested in this Vacuum Cleaner and I am absolutely blown away by its capabilities! This vacuum cleaner is not just your ordinary cleaning device - it's a game-changer that combines vacuuming and mopping functionalities, all while being able to clean on its own with just a few taps on the accompanying app I really recommend it if you have dogs also!!!

I haven't used the mop yet but the vacuum works great and the mappings system is incredible precise

Cleans really well! We have a dog that sheds like crazy, and this guy (we named him Bruce) picks most of the hair! Saves me so much time, and while it doesnt get every corner and crevice it does so much that makes me chores list easier. I highly recommend, especially if you can get it on sale. I bought it full price and I do not regret it!

I bought Bruce because Im disabled and I have a Lab that sheds alot. I have not tried the mopping feature yet, but he does a very good job of sweeping. I read reviews of people that have kids and animals with toys on the floor. As long as whats laying on the floor isn't heavy, Bruce will move it out of his way.

The vacuum is excellent and I love how clean my floor is. The mopping part leaves a little to be desired and can be kind of messy.

Excellent robot vacuum + mop. I’m very impressed with its UI interface on the Shark App. The self emptying feature is a MUST. This saves us so much time, and the Matrix cleaning feature is awesome for spot cleaning random messes in the house or by the front door when there’s a lot of foot traffic.

Easy to use, it works well in either of the two modes, the complaint always makes a report after each cleaning cycle, the fact that the tank is cleaned is only perfect, it can be programmed to work every day at a specific time, it does not make noise and is easy to control.

For an automated vacuum it works well. It’s a little difficult to set up the mapping along with the carpets but was able to manage. Enjoying it so far especially having two dogs that shed a lot. Had a different one prior to this one and this works a lot better

This vacuum has been nothing but a nightmare for us. I won’t lie, for what it’s designed work pretty good. Now! The quality is extremely poor compared to other brands and the parts availability is very low. Probably the reason why you can find so many on FB marketplace for dirt cheap. Most of the parts that you will be using the most has some of the most thinner plastic in the world and they are very prone to cracking and breaking off. As you can see in the picture I have been force to improvise ways to keep vital parts attached so we can use it while we wait for the parts to be available on the shark website for us to buy. Like everything this days is way pass the warranty/exchange time and we have to buy them from Shark website. They know that with all this parts in “back order” the quality of their product is very bad but they probably won’t go back and redesign it for future customers. I couldn’t, in good faith, recommend you this product and I will highly recommend you to look at something else. Your money is not free so don’t waste it on this product.

This is the best vacuum. I’ve had it for 7 days and already ran it about 14 times! The mop is amazing and you could set the designated rooms and the areas to mop. The eyes I added to it are a fun addition for the kids. You

Easy to and small enough to fit in a pantry or closet. We love the efficiency and quietness. Set it to clean overnight and you don’t even hear it!

East set up. Great for pet hair. Used almost everyday! Would recommend to anyone. Love the self cleaning brush. Overall very happy with my purchase!
