    It does the job, but the app is so slow. Also, I thought I'd be able to run some errands and come back to clean floors...no. I have to supervise this to help it stay in a specific area. I wish I can use the app to send it to a specific point on the map. Lots of compartments to clean out too. Sort of high maintenance. Not worth the $ for me :(

    This was easy to set up but would not stay connected. I could not set it to run automatically and could not start it with the app. Everytime I used this, I had to call Shark Tech Support and spend 20-30 minutes on the phone with them to make it work. It would clean the floors then be disconnected agian the next day when I tried to use it. After the 4th time of going through this, I returned the item and bought a Roborocks.

    We love it, cleans very good, the only thing i dont like about it is that you cant schedule cleaning just for specific room. No option for that. It does the whole house.

    I have vinyl hardwood all through my apartment. I also have an American bully that loves to drink water and make a mess throughout the house. Wife was getting tired of mopping everyday, so we invested in this BEST IDEA EVER, COMPACT AND RELIABLE! A mop doesn’t get touched anymore
