Product works great on hardwood and carpet, runs every day, even picks up kitty litter

Love it, very easy to set up and I've only had to empty it once after 4 months (I have a dog that sheds a lot so 6 months was never going to happen)

My absolute favorite vacuum! I love that I can send it to vacuum while I’m not even home! Picks up all the pet hair great!

Absolutely worthless. I never can go to or find the dock, battery doesn’t last, floors are dirtier after it “mops”. Yes, I clean the pads, the unit, the dock, the sensors. These things are absolute garbage. In fact, Shark/Ninja has been on a decline. I will ever buy another one of these again.

The robo vacuum is the best!. We named ours Tony and he’s fa fantastic cleaner. Set him to clean and go to work. When we come home he is all done and charged up ready to go again.

Well I switched over from a iRobot i3 to this shark man I was hopping this would work definitely DO NOT buy the combo vacuums it’s point less when you constantly have to switch the containers over from the mopping and the vacuum container. I definitely recommend only getting the self cleaning vacuum that part is awesome, but having to switch back-and-forth and empty out the vacuum attachment gets annoying it defeats the purpose of self cleaning and does OK mopping not the greatest. And I’m kind of stuck with this one because my return date was expired by one day and I failed to add the extended warranty was just super busy at work. We’ll see how this will last and for the price I would get separate one for vacuuming and one for mopping, the combo is not practical.

I really miss my old Shark vacuum. This new one constantly bumps into everything and has gotten pretty scratched up as a result. It often refuses to run on schedule or even when I command it to via app or button press. Plus, it doesn't pick up dirt and debris as well as I’d hoped. I keep it clean, so clogging isn’t the issue. I'm just tired of watching it run into obstacles and damage itself, especially considering how much it cost.

It mops and vacuums, but when the water runs out it does not continue to vacuum. I am so disappointed. My old robot was not a shark and when the water ran it, it at least continued to complete the vacuum portion. My old application and robot also showed me which room it was in. I had no problem setting it to run and then leave. I cannot do that with the Shark. I have to stay home so I can refill the water when I want to mop.
