    It mops and vacuums, but when the water runs out it does not continue to vacuum. I am so disappointed. My old robot was not a shark and when the water ran it, it at least continued to complete the vacuum portion. My old application and robot also showed me which room it was in. I had no problem setting it to run and then leave. I cannot do that with the Shark. I have to stay home so I can refill the water when I want to mop.

    It kept losing wifi connection and wanted to relearn house over and over. Plus the fact it couldn't mop and vaccum on the same day unless you are there to attach mop componate. Took it back and got the regular shark to just vaccum and its great.

    Was great in thr kitchen and bathrooms, but did a poor job on low carpet. Also couldnt get the mop function to work at all. The mop pad just wouldnt ever get wet, and the robot itself would just go everywhere except the areas i told it to mop.

    Don’t waste your time or money on this robot. The app is terrible and kept dropping the robot. Finally, the thing just froze. Brought it back.
