Bought the Robot Vacuum & mop to use in our home. The vacuum portion is the part we have used. Getting ready to use the mop portion. Works really well!

Overall rating: would not recommend to a friend. Let's start with the vacuum function. We have animals that shed, as well as tiny humans. This vacuum is great for picking up regular floor debris, however, for picking up anything beyond the size of a grain of rice, forget about it. Beads will clatter in the roller for minutes until it gives up and spits it out. Animal hair clogs up the roller and the passage to the bin. Human hair winds itself upon the roller despite its "tangle free" design, rendering the roller useless. Floor edges are left untouched, as if debris is pushed from the middle of the room to the edges and now it's "clean". Now, the mop attachment. Total lifesaver for maintenance mopping. No, it will not scrub your floors to pristine condition, break out your OCedar for that. The robot itself. If you have transition pieces that separate your rooms, the robot will get stuck. Robot has gotten lost in a 2000sqft home, i.e. sent to one room and started moving to complete opposite end of the home. Self-empty base sounds like a jet engine taking off inside your house, only for a clump of hair to be lodged in the pathetically tiny passage from robot canister to base. For something that is intended to make your life easier, it sure does require much more maintenance that using a conventional vacuum and mop. If you're hoping this will aid your household chores, it won't. TL;DR, good in theory, poor in execution, don't buy

We thought Shark was a quality product but have had less than a month and the robot will not find its dock. On top of that Best Buy only gives 15 days to return and this happened on day 17. I purchased the warranty through geek squad but since the machine has a manufacturer warranty it has to go through Shark. So I will not buy another Shark but I will NOT be shopping at Best Buy when Amazon has 30 days and so far in my experience better customer service!

We have another Shark robot vacuum w/o the mop feature and 30 day storage bin. Very happy with it, so we purchased this one for the other floor that needs weekly mopping. Sadly, it did not perform well. It seemed to be easily confused for mapping, where our other is just fine, and the mopping itself was more trouble than it was worth to swap out the unit for charging and emptying the dust bin. It does a delicate damp mop drag, and really doesn't justify the effort for the minimal effect. And, last but not least. The battery isn't robust enough to do one full mopping pass of a 700 sq ft. floor area Our other has no battery issues at all. Oh well. We returned it after two weeks.

it's an excellent appliance very useful and made our life easier

Hired this beauty to help with least desired chore to do around the house. She had some issues with my other shark but we were able to work out a schedule for both so they never run into each other. 10/10

Clean Latifa keeps our house in shape. The mapping is a little difficult but it’s awesome.

We have 3 very furry dogs and this vacuum eliminates dog hair! Very happy with my purchase!

When it mops, it misses a bunch of spots and does not go back over to get them. When it goes to empty, it always has an error message and it won’t empty the bag or compartment for the vacuuming. It does not pick up like my Roomba it just seems like the suction is not quite there and I really have to guide it to make it do its job even after I mapped it.

It helps me to clean the house in every corner. It facilitated my housekeeping duties after I got back from work.

This thing picks up all my dogs hair a lot easier than sweeping the floor and the mop is great for the little stuff

Great vacuum and mop combo. My only complaint is that it seems to leave streaks after mopping, but i switched out the cleaner that comes with it with some hot water and vinegar and it works great!

I was skeptical at first until I saw it work. I had my son set it up and it works very well.

Remove small obstacles such as scales and small carpets. It gets on them partially then gets stuck.
