What a back-saver this cleaning bot is! It's amazing how accurate it's mapping feature is, and how easy it is with the app to label my rooms, send it to specific areas of the house, and know when it is done or just emptying it's dust bin. Worth every penny!

I would not buy this product again. I will definitely think twice before buying another Shark product after this one. We have not been able to mop with this yet. It has a feature that is supposed to trace the boundaries of rugs and carpets so it does not mop those areas. It has failed this test every time. I tried enlarging the rug areas on the app. This did not work. I tried making the rug areas as their own rooms thinking you could customize the schedule to vacuum all rooms but only mop specific rooms; this is not an option (It's either all or nothing). We are to the point now that we are going to risk it mopping over everything, but we can't find any instructions on the app or the included documentation on how to fill the reservoir. Do we fill it up with only the solution provided, do we dilute it?

Absolutely love this machine! I have it vacuum when i leave for work and come home to a clean house. Its like having a maid cause i feel everything should be cleaned up before it goes to work

It does really mop and oick up trash really good the sellf empty is a plus, (not while moping that ine yiu have to empty yourself) is really very east to set up

Another item from Best Buy that is remarkably inexpensive and incredibly versatile! What a time saver this Shark brand two-in-one Matrix Clean robotic vacuum is. I highly recommend this item; and Best Buy always has the best deals.

I was skeptical about getting one since I have tall thresholds and wasn’t sure it would be able to get over them. This one does with ease. It sweeps and mops up after my 2 cats and dog perfectly.

Work really good. Make life cleaning life easier. All I have to do is turn it on and let it do the work.

He cleans well, makes a little noise and now it is difficult for him to enter the base, as an observation, the liquid ends very quickly and does not make the map well it does not recognize silver objects

I bought the Shark Matrix Robot just a couple of months ago, and the gray latch on the dust cup already snapped off under normal, regular use. I tried reaching out to Shark customer support multiple times to file a warranty claim, but I was completely ignored—not a single response. Manufacturing defects happen, but refusing to respond to customers needing warranty support is unacceptable. A warranty is useless if the company won't honor it. I won't be buying from Shark again and definitely can't recommend them if you expect reliable products and decent customer service.

I love the product however still dont know how to use the mopping attachment. Directions are not good at all!! Thats why i give it a 4

I love this mop. We have 3 dogs and this thing does a great job of cleaning up. My only complint is I boight this is September and 2 parts broke already. I will have to take it in for replacement parts. Not gear for a $500 robot vacuum.
