The product does as expected the only downside is the clip that holds on the tank is extremely cheap plastic and broke within a week so held together with tape till a replacement is available.

I love this robot. It’s too efficient! It’s able to clean and mop everything.

My first time purchasing a robot vacuum cleaner. It is so awesome. It doesn’t bump into the furniture or walls. You can map the areas that you want vacuum which is a great feature. I would highly recommend this robot vacuum cleaner. It also works with Alexa. The mopping feature you still may have go behind it which a wet mop because it doesn’t do the best job.

No more manual cleaning, it help a lot with the kids.

Love this product I set it on a schedule and it does a good job of keeping my floor clean only reason it not a 5 star is because the dog hair from my dogs seems to create an issue with it dumping it into the dust bin.

Missed spots, app needs work, could have better suction power, battery doesn’t last

I own 2 other Shark robots, one vacuum, once vacuum and mop. I wanted a Vacuum and mop that would auto empty. The price was right. BUT. the mop fluid holder on this model holds less the 1/2 the fluid on my other model. It's not enough to mop the whole main floor. And it can't autoempty the vacuum portion if the mop pad is on.

I bought this with the hope that it could outperform my Roomba and BraveJet, but that is not the case. The idea of having an all in one was appealing, but there are several shortcoming with this. First of all, there's no way to use the base to remove the dirt from the bin when using the mop attachment. The vacuum does not like pet hair at all when using the mop attachment. Somehow the brushes get wet and that mucks up the port for the dirt and pet hair to go into the bin. Rather than tell me that there is an issue, it continues on until finished, and when I go to empty the bin, there is hardly anything in there. When I look inside the unit, there is a blockage of fur. The vacuum attachment works well though. Like the Rumba, it goes back to the base and get the dirt sucked out and then continues. Another annoying area is that it does not recognize carpet with the mop attachment installed. Instead, you have to indicate on the map where it should not mop, which means that the carpet will not get vacuumed until you attach the vacuum attachment. I am going to see if I can return it and get the Rumba all in one. At least that one recognizes a carpet and will raise the mop attachment, something that Shark totally missed.
