Don’t buy

A robot vacuum should make cleaning easier, not spin in circles, show error codes, or attempt to return to the dock only to struggle to find it half the time. Worst product I have ever purchased

Here's a sample negative review comment for a Shark robot vacuum: **"Really disappointed with this vacuum. It constantly gets stuck on rugs and struggles to find its way back to the dock. The mapping feature is inconsistent, and half the time it leaves areas untouched. For the price, I expected a lot more reliability. DON’T BUY IT, Would not recommend."** Support was not able to help, sent me other robot with different issues. I lost $450 dollars

Purr-fect to keep the cat hair under control

I have kitty hair it did pretty good the first day but by day three of it running once a day other then the clawed up couch you would have no idea I had cats

Do not buy this product!

I was expecting more out of it. My mop function stopped working as well. The system keep telling me that the mop liquid needs to be refill but it’s full. I tried everything but still having issues. My window for return ended. I didn’t realize that it was such a short return window. However, I contacted Shark directly because in less than 30 days it was having issues. Extremely disappointed for such a pricey item.

Does not work enough for the price

Disappointing purchase

The capacity was very small and not to pickup dog hair. It skipped many areas. It did a good job on the sections that it reached. I had to return it.

Ok vacuum

Loves damaging baseboards

I don't need more damage to my house because of this robot

Eases Vacuuming Burden - Working Well

Carpet Verification for mopping is a failure.

It goes all the way into hat room. I will just make EVERY area of my house (except the Base area) a carpet area, and I will only do mopping by Spot-Mopping. I will not schedule mopping. I have never seen a product fail at something so much. Was this feature even tested at the company? How would it have ever passed testing for this feature? On Reviews and on Reddit I see SO MANY people saying Carpet Verification was a total failure for them. DON'T advertise a feature when it isn't correctly implemented! FIX THIS!
