    Water tank started leaking, no replacement part available from “shark”, was told to buy a replacement from the A-Z online store, Will never spend a cent on any of their products ever again.

    It does the job,And it helps keep the dog and cat hair pick up.A book on how to sit it up, because some people don't know how to sit it up, like older people who don't do electronics.

    It is always throwing an error. Robot was unable to find its dock by itself. Not taking the whole house map. leaving kitchen room.

    Amazing product. Has saved me a lot of time in the first 2 weeks already. Highly recommend. To add I have 4 dogs and 2 cats all of which live inside with me. I haven’t seen a dust or fur ball in two weeks as well. Which was my main concern.

    We thought Shark was a quality product but have had less than a month and the robot will not find its dock. On top of that Best Buy only gives 15 days to return and this happened on day 17. I purchased the warranty through geek squad but since the machine has a manufacturer warranty it has to go through Shark. So I will not buy another Shark but I will NOT be shopping at Best Buy when Amazon has 30 days and so far in my experience better customer service!

    Working great so far. We have different types of flooring, hard surfaces, carpet, etc and it is working well. I think it is still mapping the floors. Very happy with the purchase.

    Good vacuum, but wishing the suction was stronger. I feel like my house is still dirty after it’s vacuumed. I also set “do not go” areas and it still goes there.

    It was good while it lasted. I can’t believe that I spent over $400 for this and it did not even make it to 2 years. All of the sudden it just doesn’t work. What’s worse is that there is no information on this model anywhere on the Shark website

    Great combo vacuum/mop. If you use it for mopping, use either demineralized water or a combo with the shark cleaning solution - everything else makes it malfunction.

    Shark - Matrix Plus 2in1 Robot Vacuum & Mop with Sonic Mopping. Seemed to be working well at first, but after about 3 months it kept erroring out for a roller jam. Cleaned it and did the steps the manual suggested, but could not get it to go again. Took it back to get a refund, bought a Narwal. Only had the Narwal a week, so we will see.
