WAS good.

Yesterday it stopped working completely. I contacted shark who told me that i could purchase a part because the cup that holds the dirt and the water is not covered under warranty. I purchased for four hundred twenty one dollars and 2 months later they want me to buy more parts ?? Um. No.

Not worth the money

It does not do a good job mopping and in the 3 weeks I’ve had it I think it’s only completed one cleaning job and made it back to the dock. Now it’s not working at all.

Insurance, dont bother!

After having to return it due to the mop only working for about 2 months, I thought purchasing the geeksquad insurance would be a smart move. It wasn’t, geeksquad tried to take care of it, but unfortunately the manager was in a hurry to clock out and refused taking it back.

Waste of money

It fails to return to dock, uses a lot of battery charge and disconnects for no reason. It also gets stuck for no reason often

I purchased it last night, and it has not been able to dock. I had to power it down because it was trying for an hour. When I turned it on this morning, I thought it was the same thing. It's also very loud compared to my previous shark robo vac.

Save Your Money – Short Lifespan

Very poor performance

Small plastic parts break easily

We had this vacuum less than 2 weeks before the plastic part on the mopping attachment broke off. Then, less than 1 week later, the small plastic part that holds the spring down on the bottom of the vacuum broke off so that we were unable to use the vacuum at all anymore.

I’ve had it a month and have literally had to connect it to my wireless internet EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve used it just for it to lose connection AGAIN! Best Buy only have a 15 day return policy!
