Only 2 things that kept it from 5 stars. First is the battery life is horrible and it takes hours for it to charge. Second is that it will not go under furniture that has plenty of clearance for the vacuum. It does do a great job cleaning and the empty feature is convenient. It is super quiet compared to the other two we had. It does a great job mopping. No streaks and cleans well. One thing I don't like are the flaps that partially cover the area where the filters are. Debris catches in those and you have too scrape it out. If those weren't there that would empty into the bin. Also, mop feature does not use the self empty. You must manually empty that. It does vacuum and mop at the same time and good back to the base to charge...... just won't empty. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the price and performance.

This is the third robot vacuum we have owned and by far the best. It not only sweeps and vacuums but mops too!! And did an excellent job on my vinyl plank flooring. And it’s quiet enough my cat didn’t run and hide from it. Setup was very easy. Snap on the side brush, set the base, place the landing mat just under the front of it, place the robot up against the base and let it charge up. See instructions for details. Use the QR code to get the app, set up an account, link to your WiFi and you’re ready to go. If you already have a Shark account then just add device. Voice prompts and replies are easy to understand and helpful. You can name your Shark if you want to. You will need to let it map out where you want it to clean the first time you use it. The built in LIDAR navigation makes mapping the areas to be cleaned a breeze. Once the map shows on the app you can easily name your rooms and areas then set up no go and carpet zones. See app screen grab photos. You can have it clean only certain zones and add zones if need be. It will return to its base if it needs emptying as often as needed, then resume until it completes the job. The same is true if the battery gets too low and it needs to dock and recharge. With the “self-empty dust bin” attached, you have three cleaning options to choose from: Eco, Normal and Max. With the “vac & mop, 2 in 1 dust bun” attached, you can choose between Clean and Ultraclean. Depending on which you select will impact how long it takes, how many passes it makes and how clean it gets the floor. The dust bin in the base is easy to remove and empty. It doesn’t auto empty the dirt collection bin in the vacuum when you are using the “vac & mop” attachment. You’ll have to manually empty it. It has two small filters in the base, a pre-motor filter and a post motor filter. There is one in the vacuum attachment and one in the vac-mop attachment. As a vacuum it does an excellent job. I purposely let my vinyl plank floors get dirtier than usual just to see how good it would do and it did an excellent job every time I ran it. We have a little chihuahua and cat in our house. I used it 8 times over a few weeks to see how well it performed before writing my review. I used it in vac-mop mode twice and both times it did an excellent job. Better than I expected it to. I also ran it a few times in the bedrooms that have carpet and it did an excellent job in those rooms as well. However, I will be using it almost exclusively to keep the vinyl plank flooring clean and mopped. It includes two mop pads that are easy to remove, wash and replace. Also includes two side brushes and a 12oz bottle of Shark’s multi surface floor cleaner. You can link it to Alexa, Google Nest Hub as well. I had mixed results with Alexa. I told it to turn on the living room light and Maggie started to vacuum the floor. I ended up removing it from Alexa. Not tested with Google Nest Hub as I do not own any of their bases. Build quality looks and feels very good. It’s the quietest we’ve ever had compared to another Shark Robot vac and a Roomba. We own several other SharkNinja products and all have performed well for years and never failed. Highly Recommended

The Shark AI Robot Vacuum and Mop is a household asset, but not in all scenarios. It’s easy to get behind on home chores, but the “Shark” does a great job of allowing me to catch up and clean daily. Unfortunately, experience depends on the initial setup which can be a nuisance. For starters, setup is done through the Shark app which is very buggy. The app froze at least 3 times while attempting to setup different configurations and numerous times during regular usage The explore feature worked well in not navigating to intentionally blocked off areas. However, the robot ventured into unauthorized areas during sweeping and mopping despite me setting up restrictions. The No Mop zones weren’t honored even with me redoing the setup multiple times. All isn’t bad with the Shark. It did clean well and stayed within boundaries 75% of the time. Mopping performed decent and works best for small jobs. Disposal was a breeze and did effectively help me to save time and effort. The battery charges 4-5 hours, but holds enough charge for only 1 full cleaning cycle. Overall, I enjoyed using the Shark, but I will need go over some areas more than expected due problems with precision and cleaning boundaries/zones.

This is the best robot vacuum. It is even better than I could have envisioned it. It offers everything I would want in a robot vac. Setting it up is pretty quick. It has a hepa filter which is very helpful with our allergies. The children got a kick out of choosing how they wanted to name the vacuum. There’s an instruction booklet that provides just the basic of preparing the dock and charging the robot. I was surprised it didn’t include instructions for using it as a mop. But no worries, it also came with a 1-page double side cheat sheet to get you started quickly. That sheet also has a QR code which I used to download the app and finish setting it up. The app is great and easy to use. It tells you what’s next to do when setting it up and when you need to put in the mop part in. You definitely want the app, as the vacuum goes around the home and creates a map of you home. This way you can label rooms, areas that you don’t want the vacuum going into, and areas where you have carpet or rugs so the robot won’t go there during the mop part. You can then vacuum whole house, certain zones or areas and you can even spot clean a specific area. It is so great having this! What I love most about this is that not only can I vacuum but I can mop with the included mop attachment. Another great thing, which I was really excited about when researching this is that it self-empties when you use the vacuum. Remember though it doesn’t self-empty when using the mop part of it. But that was quick and easy to clean. And if you need to mop and the floor is dirty, I didn’t need to vacuum and then mop, I just used the mop feature and it actually moped while vacuuming. You can keep vacuuming for over a month before needing to empty, but mine might be sooner with such a full household. It’s very easy to empty. You can also choose your power level for cleaning, economy, regular and max. And with mop attachment, you can also choose your water flow level. I have a 2-level home so was curious how to make it work with both levels. Primarily, I am using this downstairs since that’s where we spend the most time and gets the dirtiest so I did the map of downstairs and labeled the zones and rooms. But I wanted to test it upstairs so while off, I just pick up the vacuum from the base and walked it upstairs. I put it down and pressed clean. I shut the doors I didn’t want it to go into, like the closet and laundry. It cleaned upstairs very nicely. So it’s great to know that I can still use it upstairs even though I can’t program it specifically for the rooms up there. And yes, it did notice the ledge of the steps that go downstairs and it stopped itself and clean all upstairs without falling. The children were watching with anticipation the first time it cleaned upstairs to make sure it didn’t fall downstairs. I wondered how well this would clean the corners around the home and the area under the kitchen sink that indents. And it did both as well as it could. The vacuum is low so it was able to reach that area. It did well around most of the corners but of course, it didn’t get into every corner perfectly since it’s a round-shaped vacuum. But it did pretty good for regular usage. I schedule it to run every 2 days for whole house vacuum, 2 days a week for moping and then use spot cleaning as needed. So this is a great time saver. I only used my regular vacuum once a week now, and that’s just cause I feel better getting in the tight corners and around the plugs and litter where I set as off limit for the robot vacuum. Kids and pets are great and can also be messy. Another thing I just love is that it gives an option to recharge and resume. So if the vacuum needs recharging in the middle of cleaning, it will go back to the base, charge itself and then come back and continue where it left off. Just amazing! The only improvement I can think of is one for notifications to also have an alarm or audio sound along with the notification section on the app. It does have a notification section so if any issues, you can check there to see what the issue is and how to clear it, like I got a notification that the fluid reservoir was detached because son really wanted to help and I forgot to double check before we pressed clean. I simply removed and inserted it and it worked. It was my only notification so far, so it’s possible that it was audible too and I just missed it. But if not, that would be a suggesting when app updates.

This is my 3rd robot vacuum, but my first robot mop, and my first vacuum/mop combo. If you have your heart set on a single unit that does vacuuming and mopping, this may be a good choice for you. However, one of the main convenience factors of having a robot vacuum, particularly one with a large disposal canister, is the ability to set it up and forget about it, as it regularly cleans your house for you. My biggest problem with the combo device, is how impractical it is to switch out separate cleaning bins based on whether you are mopping or vacuuming. The mopping feature does also include a vacuum to pickup debris, but the dedicated vacuum mode has a separate attachment you use in place of the mop container. To me, this defeats the whole purpose of “set it and forget it”. Additionally, there’s nowhere to easily store the container you don’t actively have inserted into the robot, so you have to go fish the other container out of storage when you want to change modes. If there was something built into the base to store the other container, that would at least make it easier to locate and swap them as needed. I’ll probably just leave this unit in mop mode and using my other robot vacuum for the actual vacuuming. Aside from the practicality of a combo unity, I was not impressed with the built in sensors that normally prevent a robot from bumping into things like furniture, pets, toys, or kids. Compared to another model I’ve tested, it rammed into things fairly aggressively, and reminded me of how the technology in my 7 year old robot vacuum behaves. The mopping feature itself was very thorough, and the mixture of cleaning agent plus water dried very quickly on the floor. By the time the unit had finished mopping, in a 30 minute 1 room test I performed, 70% of the surface covered had already dried. I ran into an issue after first inserting the mop container, where the robot still only showed vacuum and not mop options in the app. I had to actually tell the robot to dock in order for it to realize that it had the mop container installed and provide different commands within the app. The app itself was fairly easy to use, though it did become unresponsive at one point while trying to edit rooms. I eventually was able to create and label rooms like kitchen and living room, and setup “carpet” areas so the mop knows to avoid them. Overall, the app was a 4/5 for usability and functionality. Another surprise, which was probably information available prior to receiving the product, is that the mop doesn’t empty into the large storage bin, so it had to be emptied separately every time, along with washing and cleaning the pad, which I had expected. As a whole, my recommendation would be to buy a separate robot mop and vacuum rather than this combo, but if you have your heart set on a combo unit, this does get the job done. I did appreciate not having to separately vacuum up crumbs before mopping though so there is some merit to having a combo unit.

This device has been on my wishlist for many years. I live in a split level home and robot vacuums still can’t climb stairs so they tend to be stuck on specific floors which made me resist the idea of getting one. It turns out that is okay here though since the 400 sq ft area that I have it taking care of which includes my kitchen is a good sized space for it to handle since it can vacuum about 100sq ft in 10 minutes and lasts about 30 min before needing to recharge. It would take a very long time to finish a cycle with a larger space to deal with. Packed in the box is the robot, the self empty dock, the mop attachment, and a starter bottle of mopping solution. Setting it up was incredibly simple, attach the two pieces of the parking plate to the emptying station, drop the bot on the charging point and download the shark app to your phone. Getting it attached to your wifi and account is also simple and similar to many other devices on the market these days using your phone/app to connect to it. Right out of the box it doesn’t have enough charge to get started so after it has the chance to do that you can send it on an exploration cycle where it uses it’s LiDAR sensors to detect and analyze the space it will be cleaning. You can see the map it creates and name rooms, set no-go zones for mopping so it doesn’t get carpet wet, as well as setup a schedule for what days and times it should set off to clean. I have 2 dogs who both shed a great deal so I have my bot clean every morning, and it does a great job. It’s very thorough and the space has never looked this clean so consistently before now. It knows from the initial exploration to avoid the stairs and as long as there aren’t any surprises on the floor like a drying cloth that fell down and became a trap for it the vacuum bot will take care of the space I have it taking care of in about 40 minutes during which it always has to take a charging break. Unless I want to switch it to mopping mode with the attachment I can leave it to its schedule and hardly have to think about it. When I have watched it work I am also very impressed with how gentle it is around my furniture and cabinets. It does not slam into things the way other bots I have seen do, rather slowing down and very slightly nudging around things to get all the corners and crevices. This keeps the bot from damaging itself or my things while it does it’s job. I have yet to have to empty out the dock in the week plus I have had it running daily which I also appreciate as it keeps everything very simple. I am so happy with the cleanliness of the rooms my robot vacuum takes care of for me, and how simple it is to use. It is quiet and thorough, and makes things easier for a busy family. I intend to get another one for one of the other floors in my house I like it so much. I absolutely recommend it.

After getting everything unboxed, I was initially underwhelmed. Straight away I noticed that there was only a single side brush on the base of the unit, yet two physical brushes were in the box. Now, if I didn't have a previous Shark vacuum, I may not have noticed (the older generation model has two side brushes on the base of the unit providing sweeping action on both the left and right side of the vacuum) but I quickly realized I was worrying for no reason. Then it started to dawn on me as I was continuing to unbox everything. By having a brush on both sides if brush 1 misses something the chances of brush 2 picking it up are slim to none - you have identical methods of cleaning going on. With the new AI Ultra 2-in-1 there is a "CleanEdge Technology" feature on the side with no brush that shoots puffs of air out as it goes to help push and clear hard to reach debris. When the unit spins around the brush does its thing, you are more than likely going to end up getting a more thorough cleaning. Aside from that I noticed the unit was a few inches taller in the very center, meaning I knew it would not go under some surfaces that the older model could. This, is unfortunately, not something that can be made up for by puffs of air or the like, unless you use some manual means or run another vacuum (we just run our old Shark in the specifics areas where there is furniture to get under) you are not going to get as deep of a clean on those hard-to-reach spots. Having said that, everything else is a welcome improvement. The aforementioned heigh difference is due to the improved scan/track system which provides more accurate scanning of rooms upon setup as well as being significantly quicker in not only scanning, but also reading the rooms and mapping everything. For this reason, I avoided getting too hung up on the fact it can't get under particular areas like the old one, a trade off worth doing for the extra accuracy and quicker turnaround time. The Self-Empty bin is the big new feature, in my opinion. Some might say the mop element, but for me it is the base. Knowing that you can dispatch your Shark and that it will keep going back to the base to empty itself so that it can complete the entire run is great peace of mind. In the past once the bin was full your Shark would simply head back to dock itself and wait for you to empty it. Didn't matter if it cleaned 10% of the area or 99%, it was done. With the Self-Empty bin, so long as some other error doesn't take place or it runs out of battery, 100% of the job will get done so long as you don't have a completely full Self-Empty bin. All the material says you can get up to 90 days before having to empty this, and I don't see why not. Having used ours for a week straight in a home with three dogs that all shed I would say our bin is about 3/8 full. So for us in such a pet dander heavy home to only have to empty the bin once per month is very welcome. For our older Shark I would usually have to empty the bin two or three times PER RUN. Again, a very VERY welcome addition to the product line. Back to the mopping. This is a very close second as far as the Self-Empty bin and being a welcome addition. Initially I wasn't sure how good of a job it was going to do, but that was nothing more than me applying my own previous experiences with various mops, both manual and electric. You are provided with a second bin and cleaning solution that is designed specifically for this aspect of the job. Add water to the bin up to the fill line and cleaning solution to the fill line for it, then make sure your mop pad is secure on the velcro/hook on the back of the bin, and you're ready to go. Results were great! The pad area itself oscillates ever so slightly to provide the scrubbing as the Shark scoots around. Water/cleaning solution application was extremely consistent in application and coverage. I noticed no dry spots or missed areas: wherever the vacuum went it mopped, scrubbed, and cleaned 100% of the intended location. Speaking of location, the app itself is where this all starts to come into play. You are going to want to let the vacuum go around and map everything out. This was barely a ten-minute process, but I also made sure to move chairs and a couple items that were easy enough to get out of the way to provide as much cleaning area as possible. Once the scan is done you can go through and allocate rooms, carpet areas, as well as mop zones. This allows you to schedule runs room by room, merge rooms together to create zones for areas that might be higher traffic (hallways, entry ways, etc) and then others that might not need as much attention. The entire process of opening the box to having a completely vacuumed and mopped home was a little over an hour on that first run. Now that everything it in place and I have all the features in the app squared away, the only thing that takes any time at all is swapping the vacuum bin out for the mop one and getting said mop bin set up and then cleaned out when you are done. But none of that is even remotely an issue as it takes 1-2 minutes tops. A full vacuum run and mop job takes ~35-40 minutes for our first level (~1600 sq ft minus furniture) which is entirely hardwood minus two rugs which I have assigned as no-go zones within the mop portion of the app. At the end of that time our floors look absolutely pristine. As a result, I highly recommend the AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop system for anyone looking to free up a little bit of time (and money if you are using a cleaning service) as this 2-in-1 is a worthy investment!

The Shark AI Ultra is my second 2-in-1 robot mop/vacuum from this brand, though it is my first experience with a bagless self-emptying docking station. It has the typical robot vac disc shape, front bumper, cliff sensors, side brush, and central roller brush. This unit is not the largest robot I’ve used with its 13” diameter but is one of the tallest at 4-1/4” (including the LIDAR module centered on top). The height of the unit’s main body is 3-1/2” which just clears the bottom of the cabinets and appliances in my kitchen without getting stuck. There are two physical buttons on the machine: dock/power and start/spot clean. To access the different functions, simply short press or long press the buttons accordingly. The LCD screen on the robot has three indicator icons for error, charging, and WiFi as well as red, white, blue and green status lights. Setting up the charging station is pretty quick and straightforward. After assembling the two piece landing mat (it clips together), you sit the charging station on top and plug it in, ensuring that there’s 3 feet of clearance to the left and right of the station and 5 ft of clearance in front. The station has built-in cord storage/guide slots on the back, so you can keep your wires neat and tidy and set it right up against a wall without cord interference. Its placement should be fairly permanent, as moving the station around may cause the robot to have trouble finding it. When charging, the robot sits facing away from the base if using the self-emptying dust bin. This is because the exhaust port is located at the rear, so it needs to back in to the station in order for it to suction out the debris. If using the combo mop/dust bin, the unit charges facing toward the station, but you will need to empty out the dust bin manually as it is not compatible with the self-empty feature. This is to ensure that you remove the mop bin and clean/dry the mop pad and water tank after each use, as otherwise it could develop mold and mildew from being constantly wet. The robot takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge. The battery LED flashes when charging and disappears when fully charged. In order to utilize the “smart” features, download and install the Shark Clean app to a mobile device and create an account. This lets you use features like floor plan mapping, schedule automatic cleaning, and change settings on the robot like suction power and water flow amount when vacuuming and mopping respectively. Note that your mobile device needs to have an internet connection in order to use the app. You can also connect the app to Alexa using the Shark skill and start and stop vacuuming using voice commands, which worked well. After adding the robot to the app, it “explores” your home and creates a map of all the areas that the vacuum can reach. The robot uses LIDAR to scan the room for its size and shape as it traverses your floors. I have an open floor plan with no carpet or rugs and the vacuum was able to go everywhere but the laundry room, since there is a step down. The robot crossed all thresholds between rooms with no trouble and avoided the step with the cliff sensors. The map generated in the app is very accurate, and the robot did not need to bump something in order to detect obstacles like large furniture and walls, preventing dents and marks. It would go right up to things and turn without touching it using its CleanEdge sensor and the sweeper brush collected any debris along the wall. The exception was furniture with narrow legs, as it would tap them gently before changing direction. The robot could not, however, gather dust from the very corners of a room, due to its shape and limited reach of the brush. I did see the robot push some objects around though, if they were lightweight, for example, it knocked over my studio light on an aluminum tripod and moved a couple of empty boxes as these didn’t have enough weight to activate the front bumper. You can edit the map in the app to label rooms, define “no-go” and “carpet” zones so the robot will avoid them during vacuuming or mopping, and set “high traffic” areas to be cleaned more thoroughly. The only odd thing is that these rooms/zones have a minimum size of 5.3 square feet, which is pretty substantial. So instead of marking off a small area for the fireplace, I had to block a fairly large space to not be cleaned. The other thing is that rooms and zones can only be defined as parallel/perpendicular rectangles and can’t be rotated (though the entire map can be rotated 90 degrees); so if you have areas that at not square or rooms that exit off at odd angles, it will be difficult to define them properly in the app. I found this model from Shark also does not respond to magnetic barrier strips that I have placed around the house for previous models to not cross, as this feature has been replaced by the no-go zones. You can only save 1 map at a time, so if you move the base station or make any layout changes, the map will need to be deleted and re-drawn by running the “explore” process again. Just be warned, deleting a saved map takes a pretty long time to complete in the app. The app also does not show you live tracking of the robot as it cleans, so you won’t see its location marked on the map as it moves around the house. However, if you need to track it down, you can use the “find robot” feature which makes the vacuum play a short audible tune. Despite the app telling you that the audio will “persist for about 30 seconds” it only plays the 3 second tune once, so you’d have to trigger it again if you need another auditory clue. When vacuuming hard floors, the robot picked up plenty of dust, hair, and debris. However, on carpeted flooring its maneuverability and cleaning ability was not comparable. While the wheels were able to travel in fits and starts on medium-pile carpeting, it had trouble moving if the carpet was wavy or wrinkled. It also didn’t penetrate deeply into the carpet fiber to remove hair and debris; even on max suction it left behind bits of fuzz and tangled hair in its wake, so I don’t recommend it for carpet. After cleaning, the self-emptying station pulls nearly all of the debris out of the robot’s bin, though there is usually some left clinging to the filter screen. The removable HEPA filters in the robot and in the charging station are all washable and should be cleaned regularly or when clogged. The station’s bin holds up to 60 days worth of debris and is easy to eject for emptying; hold it over a garbage can/bag and press a button to release the lower lid and drop its contents into the trash. When using the mop tank, which also has a dry vacuum chamber, it adequately vacuumed and mopped simultaneously. The water tank is fitted with a mop pad secured via micro-Velcro and a spare is included in the box. Shark recommends using plain water or half and half water with the supplied cleaning solution. After mopping our ~400 sq ft space, there was about half a tank leftover on max flow level. The mopping function was decent, picking up more dirt and debris than vacuuming alone, though it couldn’t remove really stuck-on, dried, sticky bits in the kitchen; those spots required a little more scrubbing and detergent than the robot could deliver. The only part of the mopping process that I found troublesome was emptying leftover water in the tank, as the drain plug’s location doesn’t allow all it to drain out completely without tons of shaking. The mop pad was easy enough to hand wash and hang dry with a bit of laundry detergent. In the ‘History’ section of the app, you can view a summary of all the cleaning sessions for a particular day, areas cleaned, and total run time. If your home is large and the robot needs to cover more than 900 square feet of space, you can set it to recharge and resume if it doesn’t finish the entire area in one go. You can also set it to return to the station and empty its dust bin after 30 minutes of cleaning before resuming where it left off, for homes with pets or lots of debris that could clog the bin. For automatic daily cleaning (whole map only), pick a time and the days of the week for the schedule to run. You can only choose one time which will apply to all selected days of the week. The robot can also remember the previously used suction power/flow levels to apply them to future cleaning runs. When cleaning a single room selected on the map, you’ll have the option to use “Ultraclean” mode which always uses max suction power, regardless of your saved cleaning preference. Overall, despite a couple of shortcomings in the app, the actual vacuuming and mopping performance of the robot is pretty good, though it can be loud when running at max power and self-emptying. For our small home, there is enough battery life to cover all areas without needing to recharge during its run and mops the floors with water to spare. It performs well on hard flooring but not carpet. With daily scheduled cleaning overnight, we’re able to keep a baseline level of cleanliness to our floors and only have to empty the station’s dust bin every other month or less frequently. Mopping can’t really be automated since we’d have to fill the water tank and empty/clean it out afterward, it’s nice to have this option for when we need it.

We love our shark vacuum. We also have 4 dogs . It helps A LOT with hair and cleaning up. We also use the mop setting every couple of days to help out. I will have to say it gets stuck on a lot of stuff such as toys,socks and toy stuffing so be mindful of that as it can be a little irritating. So make sure things are picked up!

My plan for this vacuum was to help keep up with our dog that sheds quite a bit. Note our entire house has hard floors. Pros: - You can program this thing to clean. That feature is pretty nice because once you map your house, you can set a cleaning schedule, set boundaries, and tell it to clean certain areas if you want - all via Alexa and the app. - The battery seems decent enough for normal cleaning. You can set the intensity of the brushroll as well. - This is pretty good at picking up your mess. Cons: - This requires a lot of attention. We run this on a daily basis while we are away. - It may be best to do small areas at a time while you're away due to the amount of water it will hold. - This isn't great at clearing hair. My wife and daughter have longer hair and it tends to get caught in the brushroll and will bring it to a halt until you clean it out. Our dog has short hair (1.5" or so) and it tends to get matted up between the brush roll and the dust bin. - You'll want to do actual mopping on a regular basis. The mopping feature is good for maintenance cleaning, but you'll see how much it misses when run an actual mop. - This will get caught on rugs, registers, and cords. If maintained properly its worth having, but in my opinion its probably worth paying twice as much for one that cleans the pad, has a larger bin, and fills the water itself.

It works great. Very good cleaning. Easy to set up. Mapping works well. We have not used the mopping feature yet, but will soon.

This thing is the best. We have 3 dogs and no longer spend a good chunk of our time every other day vacuuming. Works excellent. My husband set it up so idk how that process was but he didn’t say anything about that process at all so I think that was fairly easy as well. It’s the best thing ever. The mopping part is so nice too and it does a great job you can really tell a difference in the floor when it mops also. Definitely recommend!

We had it a little over 2 years now it vacuums great and mops good.the issue we have is with the programing and when it senses things in the way it will take a minute for it get back on track. Also it stuggles with transitions from tile to wood floor and if you have dogs that like to chase things and if the bump it it stops working

I've always had my eye on the Robot vacs, but never thought they were ready for me and my lifestyle. But these things just seem to get better and better. This one in particular, has upped the anny by giving you the full on floor care treatment. This all in one vaccume/mop system is so easy to set up after downloading the Shark app and finding your model number series. And you're off and running..er..rolling, that is. The mop salution is easy to use and only really needs to be changed after few uses , for my place, anyway. The set-up process starts with naming it, if that's not a fun little option, I don't know what is. But once you're all linked up, it's time to let it explore your place( After you fully charge it, of course.) After it does and exploration, you can get a look at the map it has creatd, and decide whether or not you want to make another run or save and teach it to go to certain high traffic areas. I think one of the coolest features is watching it seemingly get tired and go home for a potty break and takes a happy nap. It can look a little creepy when it is roaming my home. Lol! I have to say it has been a fun experience having Qlean Latifa in my home. I highly recommend this Robot.

For a robot vacuum, its really good. We have ours set on a schedule so i dont have to worry about it. My 3 complaints are it is loud and it gets stuck fairly easily, also, it gets lost when returning to dock. Most of the time i just find it and tale it back myself.

This device has become very helpful in my life. I love the fact it makes patterns in my carpet. It empties itself! The only two cons is that is bumps and knocks over everything and then it doesn’t do a full clean. It has to charge at least once before resuming cleaning. Other than that the intelligence of it is incredible it has become super convenient in my life as a busy mom who sometimes is rush and forgets to vacuum I set it on and leave the house or go to sleep and I cleans I love love love it!!!

I have had a Roomba for years. It always got stuck or ran over things it shouldnt and even could not get itself back to home base to charge. I gave up on it. I went looking for something new. I compared all the products out there and decided to give this lil guy a shot. At first I could not get it working with my wifi. Come to find out it did not work with my particular router because it could only be used on 2.4 GHz. My router is Eero and has the capability of running 2.4 GHz to enable the device to be connected. Long story short, I had to make a seperate connections and the name had to be in all lower case for this vacuum to connect. After a week of that debacle it works great every day. I am able to keep it on a daily schedule that I want it to run and it picks up everything. I have 3 hairy dogs and I was having a hard time keeping up during the week with all of the hair mess. Anyway, I am amazed at all the hair that is collected it the separate bin. The mopping function works pretty good. Manual mopping the floor myself of course is always going to be more efficient. But for a robot it doesnt do too bad of a job. I sometimes run it on mop in the middle of the week just to clean up a lil. You can map out the area to make sure it does not mop on carpeted areas. The price cant be beat for all that it does.
