Don't waste your money

Displeased with Best Buy

Called Best Buy and received Verification Code 11484711 and was told I would receive a return call. It has not happened. Best But not good for their word.

Bad sensors

Don’t waste your money

They charge you for any replacement parts. I had not even had this 6 months before it stopped working the first time. Paid for and received the replacement and 2 months later that one stopped working.

Waste of money

Huge let down from shark

This one is a HUGE let down. The vacum function is awful and the mopping is worse. Dont waste your time.

Not happy

Poor customer service at Best Buy.

Great! Until its Not!
