Clogs non stop due to pet and human hair. Then continues to run collecting nothing. Collection bon is always empty when going to u clog

Junk Vacuum, Even worse return policy

We purchased this vacuum and it worked great...... for 15 days. on the morning of day 16, it broke. Best Buy will not make an exception and now i have to schedule an in store appointment for them to attempt to fix it. It is unreturnable....

Very bad quality

It broke several times and had to buy parts more than once which were not cheap. Only worked for about a year and a half. I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

Stopped Mopping after 1 week

Customer service was not any help either! All they kept saying was that it was the IOS on my phone and not their product. Zero out of zero would not buy again.

I own two and neither work very well

I've used over 6 different robot brands and this is the worst! The robot does not properly align with charging contacts so it's always dead. Both have the same issue!

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Shark AI Ultra 2-in1 Robot Vacuum and Mop with XL HEPA self-empty base and matrix clean navigation is an exceedingly long name. After a week of observations and use, it is worth saying over and over again. The vacuum is state of the art and only enhanced by the app. Out of the box, everything feels and looks great. I know there are a ton of iterations in the robot vacuum world but there is something incredibly special to me about this one. I had another branded robot vacuum and well, to be frank, I ruined it by vacuuming our floors with it. We have a smaller home now but used to have a bigger home. Therefore, the problem is that we have a ton of furniture in a small home with, two teenagers, and two indoor dogs. The biggest build advantage I can see is that the shark is using like a sonar style bumper, whereas others use a bump and no-go technology. The other model just bumped into everything all the time. Back to the dogs, we do an ok-ish job keeping our long haired friends brushed and groomed. Anyone with long haired animals knows that no matter what you cannot combat all the hair though. The available suction power and app make this Shark able to eat anything our friends leave behind. With the app, you can change the intervals in which the unit returns to the base station and empties. You can also assist the unit by mapping invisible barriers to keep it from areas I deem no zones. The mopping is excellent on our hardwood and tiles. It does not do great on the grout in the tiles but that is kind of to be expected. The unit is quiet while operating to the point where my dogs will let it vacuum while they are in the room. They however hate the mopping and just get up and leave. One actual con is that the Shark robot will not see things lower than the top sensor. In my house, my wife and daughter always leave their flip-flops out and the Shark eats those two. It does not hurt them, but it has high centered a time or two. Overall, this device accompanied by the app is quite impressive and I would highly recommend it.
