    Good while it lasted but kept getting a roller error stuck no matter how many different ways I tried to clear it.

    The device is not good for dog hair. It clumps it up and or avoids the clumps of hair it made

    Terrible. Out of the box it was missing the mopping pads. It was impossible to pair the app with the device because the so-called buttons (micromotion crap) were inoperable, making the device unusable. Also, could not remove the dust bin. Worst-designed appliance I've ever purchased from Best Buy.

    Did Not Work Out of the Box

    I tried everything that email support asked me to try but this unit did not work out of the box. No matter where I placed this I received error7: near a cliff.

    Kept saying error code 6. Didnt work out the box and was quite frustrating

The parts that should be included in the box of your VACMOP should be 2 side brushes, 2 mopping pads, and 12 oz of starter VACMOP cleaning solution. If any of these items are missing, since this is a refurbished unit purchased through Best Buy, please contact Best Buy’s customer service so they can assist you with any missing items or packaging concerns.
