It works amazing as long as nothing gets stuck like shoe laces or rugs. Mop function is ok only used once.

On my third machine, the other two stopped dispensing water. Both were replaced under warranty through Shark. If you don't mind spending 1+ hours working with the warranty department they will replace the machine after troubleshooting and sending you the water reservoir first (which never corrects the issues) to try before sending a new machine. Expect a total down time of approximately two weeks. It works okay when it is working. Don't expect it to replace (manual) weekly mopping, but it is okay for in-between cleanings. The first one made it just shy of one year, the second one only 3.5 months. I will keep replacing while it is under warranty if needed. If eventually a machine makes it beyond warranty before malfunctioning I will upgrade to a different brand with more options.

It works great, very nice vaccum and mop. I love the way this cleans the floor.

I love the shark robot, but this one doesn’t map room by room like my old one did. It makes you map the whole house which is very inconvenient.

With a household of two boys and two dogs this has been a lifesaver! So easy to switch from mop to vacuum and it is amazing how good a job it does.

Smart system and easy to install. It does well notifying you of errors, like the roller needs clearer. There are errors that seem to be false, for example it thinks it’s on a ledge but it’s only bumped up against a floor vent. I still think it’s worth its value

I love this robot but the mop isn’t as good as I thought it would be the vacuum part is great but I wis that the app had a way to notify you when it starts and finish

I've had it for less than a week. So far it does a great job with vacuuming. I have been running it every day. I mopped once with the machine. Don't bother buying it for mopping. I realize it's just supposed to be a light mopping but it did not do that well.

The vaccum does exactly what you would think it does, it cleans on a schedule. However, keep in mind if you are considering buying it. It hates cords, shoe laces, or even socks. If left on the floor it can and will suck it up and get jammed on anything that is not heavy or anchored down. But it is a very easy process to fix and clean out. Secondly, it can only map 1 floor of the house, if you wanted to move it upsets or to a basement, you would have to manually hit the "clean" button on the device for it to work, using the app will cause it to get "lost" or just re clean the same area. Overall, try to buy it on sale rather than full price, it will make the cons seem less significant.
