It’s Definitely the Perfect “Cleaning Lady” - My floors stay clean!

Was hesitant to spend the money on a robotic vacuum but am so glad that we did. Have been a Shark Vacuum owner for years so I chose to go with the Shark Matrix Plus 2in1. It is great! With a shedding dog in the house it does the job on both carpet and laminate flooring. Love that it can also mop the floor - a lot easier than doing it with a mop and pail!!

Very easy to program and cleans great. With the mopping system it gets my floors shiny.

I love the vaccum part of this and self emptying. I do think the mopping part of this could be a lot better. The mopping pads are very thin. When my floor is mopped it it left with streaks.

Bought this for my wife for mothers day, and she loves it!!!. Amazing how smart this product is. Sweeps, mops and vacuums. Great investment.

The vacuum and home mapping is super easy to use! I feel like the mopping takes a little longer than I’d like, so we haven’t used that feature as much. Still such a great buy!

Easy setup works great it’s better than the robot version

It was such a good one with such a good deal I got it during Thanks giving but because of job loosing my job and with all uncertainty and in panic I returned it and now I am regretting because now I have to wait for that price till next thanks giving or pay 300$+ I tried all the robo vacuums from LG to Irobo this is the best one. this is my robo vacuum story.

Good if you don’t have pets , or atleast my dog was not a fan of it . But perfect for a quick clean.

I had really high hopes on this one... Vacuum option still the best but the mopping is where the issue starts. I have tried it a few times and every time is the same, the floor ends up with a very visible marks giving it a not so clean look. I have an older version of the shark robovac and this was never a problem. Im thinking about returning it and get the old one.

I purchased this to replace a previous Shark bot and it's doing great. The learning feature for the map is actually pretty impressive, as we have lots of obstacles for it on most days with a teenager and home business changing the terrain on the regular without beating up furniture and walls. It does a solid job of picking up dust and a lot of pet hair. I have not had a chance to run the mop function yet, but it seems like something neat to try out soon.

Got this robot right after me and my family got a new place. Have kept the place clean both hardwood floor and carpet. My first mop robot and I like it so far.

Love it! Nothing like mopping while sitting on the couch!
