Not a good robot vacuum

When I tried to mop a small area, it refused to go. It was leaving the dock, making the regular noise then returning to the dock without doing anything. It is very quick to map the area, but it took me 3 or 4 attempts to recognize my 2 bedroom apartment. The app is not precise to separate the rooms. I wish the AI could recognize the hard/carpet lines on the border of the room and adjust it accordingly. When I'm vacuuming my dining area (hard floor), 1 foot into the carpet (living room) is also interpreted as if it is in the dining area.

Good robot

Huge upgrade from my previous robot vacuum which constantly got stuck, needed to be emptied, or otherwise required all of my attention. I wish the app had a live view of the map as the vacuum was going around, though.

It does well for vacuuming and mopping. The mapping function is a bit annoying but you have that issue in the beginning.

I was never able to get it connected to WiFi, no matter how many times I tried. It also had trouble staying on the base; it would roll off and then fail to return properly. Overall, it has been more frustrating than helpful, and it never worked the way it was supposed to. Missed the deadline to return, had to throw in the trash.

Inpurchased a different make that was suppose to be a very good one but it stopped working right aboutv2 to 2 1/2 weeks after I bought it. I still haven't tried the mop part but very happy with the vacuum so far

Does exactly what i want it to do and saves me time. The mop feature works excellent.

Maybe you need time at the beginning to configure your house map and areas but having this tool makes everything easier and better. My wife is in love with this robot because floors look shiny everyday. I recommend this product
