I have an assortment of wood, tile, and carpet in my house the shark matrix handles all the light cleaning very well. I would suggest clean your home before starting the unit as to avoid over filling the unit.

This thing is legit! I have two chocolate labs who love to shed and keeping up with vacuuming was tough. Now I vacuum once a month and let this thing vacuum once a day. No more dust bunnies or fur bunnies. House is all hardwood and area rugs. The mapping function is amazing.

My last vacuum robot was an expensive irobot. It eas getting old and i was tored of curting hair out of it. This was half the price ans way better! Mops too which is aweosme. I habecrecommended this to manu people already in two weeks. Lots of control and mapping features.

Did a lot of research before buying a vacuum as we moved into a place with hardwood floors and this little guy has made life easy. Switching from vacuum to mop takes less than a couple minutes, app is super user friendly, and transfers from hardwood to carpet without a hitch. 10/10 would recommend.

Vacuums and mops hard surfaces fairly well. Highly recommend, especially during discount season.

Right out of the box it worked GREAT, within 2 weeks it she developed a drinking problem. Constantly stuck, sometimes on phantom items, spinning in circles, would only travel about 2 feet from her home. Granted, those 2 square ft look amazing. This is my second and was an upgrade to the one I have had for years without issue.

This is the best robot vacuum I have ever used. It does a wonderful job on carpets and on hard floors. It is my new best friend. I have not used the mopping feature yet. It actually cleans by carpet better than my upright vacuum.

Great robo vac, the only downside for me is it can’t fit under my couch because of the Lidar sensor on top, other than that it does a great job for me.

It does not vacuum well but keeps me sane when I’m busy. We have animals and this vacuum is not really made well for animal hair/fur. The AI for learning rooms is good. It’s also a bit noisier than I’d like, but I have nothing to compare it to. I might just be picky about the noise level. If you don’t have pets, this could work well for you. Also the battery life drains wiggly after a year of use.

I bought this for my parents. They love it (the kids named it Jalapeno) lol Works great for my mother that has a hurt back.

This shark robot vacuum is so good, it makes our job easier. I am yet to try the mopping. It pretty cleans everything even the corners. Sometimes it doesn't clean under the cabinet spaces in my kitchen though it has enough space to reach out.

Cleans just as good as our shark vac if not better. Super convenient if you have a busy household.

Works excellent if your dogs a heavy shedder I would just recommend doing a just vacuum pass then vacuum and mop

Very efficient while operating. Does pose an annoyance when you have to swap the mop pad off to vacuum and required to but it back on after

Bought this for myself a month ago and after playing in the app trying to understand it, it has made my life sooo much easier. Just bought another one for my mom as a gift. A plus i got it on sale.

Lobe the robots wish the mapping was better and it didnt have so many error messages adbout a cliff nearby or goofy stuff.. cleans decent

It does the job, but the app is so slow. Also, I thought I'd be able to run some errands and come back to clean floors...no. I have to supervise this to help it stay in a specific area. I wish I can use the app to send it to a specific point on the map. Lots of compartments to clean out too. Sort of high maintenance. Not worth the $ for me :(
