    Really like this vac. Love the BAGLESS self empty. Not many offer this feature. Seems to pick up well overall. Works well on carpet for a robot. We have 2 dogs. Haven’t tried the mop feature yet. Would highly recommend if you have pets!

    Loved it for a year... then it started falling apart. The water reservoir started leaking, the spring-loaded release button fell off, and it started only vacuuming the edges of the kitchen (ignoring the rest of the floor). My Roomba lasted 10 years without a problem. VERY frustrated with this vacuum.

    So far so good, does exactly like it is described. Also has a map that you can apply so that if you have a rug it will skip it during the mopping.

    It worked for about a week and a half then was getting an error code regarding a wheel. I cleared the wheel which did not have any debris in it then restarted to get the same error code. Not too sure why it would get debris caught in the wheel so easily but for a vacuum if that happens after a couple uses then I am not sure you would want to use a vacuum like this one.

    We love it, cleans very good, the only thing i dont like about it is that you cant schedule cleaning just for specific room. No option for that. It does the whole house.

    So I love Shark products. This is my 3rd robot vacuum. 1st one from Shark. I love it. Picks up everything. I have 2 labs so lots of dog hair. Works great. Great purchase, great value. Haven’t used the mop as I haven’t really needed that. I just like the dog hair picked up daily
