I’ve always loved the Shark brand, but this model was a real letdown compared to my previous Shark robot. The main issue was with the mopping function—the water didn’t dispense properly onto the pad, leaving it dry and ineffective. On top of that, it struggled to pick up debris, which my older Shark handled with no problem. I was excited about the features like sonic mopping and self-emptying, but in practice, the execution just wasn’t there. The messy water system and poor cleaning performance made it frustrating to use. Sadly, while I’m usually a big Shark fan, this model feels like a flop.

Working great. Does an excellent job of cleaning and vacuuming. Definitely worth it. Would recommend to get.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my shark! It was easy to set up and does a fabulous job cleaning up . We even have pet hair that it deals with easily.

Works well and was easy to set up. Use it everyday and set the schedule. Does not get stuck. Mop function works well also.

It works great, especially the mop up feature. The app is great you can identify every room, clean certain areas from your phone or tablet.

The product does as expected the only downside is the clip that holds on the tank is extremely cheap plastic and broke within a week so held together with tape till a replacement is available.

The application setup is kind of confusing but the vacuum does a great job cleaning the floors.

I absolutely love it; it does an amazing job. I rotate the extra pads in the washer to keep them fresh. I initially bought an iRobot, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. Since switching to a Shark vacuum, which was also more budget-friendly, I've found it to be far more effective for my needs. If you shed a lot of hair lol, you will need to remove them from the rollers every once in a while. An error comes up saying the roller is stuck.

Best purchase, it works at about 98% missing some tricky areas, and not being able to remove super tough stains. Very satisfied overall.

Literally saves me so much time with four dogs, works so good, and the mop works good too! I cant think of a better way to spent money

I find this item easier to use and I love it. I like it better than my previous Neato robot vacuum.

Shark products are very good quality. Very easy to set up and use. Have not use the mopping part yet. But im sure it will work well

It does good as a vacuum even with our furniture and other things around. We have not tried the mop yet.

Love the cleaning hate the mapping. Seems to get lost more often than I like. Problem didnt notice until after return period. Overall, i love it but if mapping was better would be amazing.
