    It does it’s job sometimes other times it just spins in circles until there is a code or gives up and wants to return to dock the half the time it can’t even find its own dock don’t buy

    loads of waste storage. so glad I upgraded to this so i dont need to constantly empty out the waste I have not yet used the mop feature

    It does an ok job to help with maintenance but you do need to still clean after. I was expecting more out of it. My mop function stopped working as well. The system keep telling me that the mop liquid needs to be refill but it’s full. I tried everything but still having issues. My window for return ended. I didn’t realize that it was such a short return window. However, I contacted Shark directly because in less than 30 days it was having issues. Extremely disappointed for such a pricey item.

    So Ive had this robot for a couple weeks now and its already made so much of a difference! We have many pets, and it gets challenging to have a clean space. This robot picks up cat litter and pet hair from my cats and my fluffy dog. Also picks up other dirt and debris. Works great in our hardwood floors, and also cleans rugs very well. Definitely worth the investment!

    Great vacuum and mop combo. My only complaint is that it seems to leave streaks after mopping, but i switched out the cleaner that comes with it with some hot water and vinegar and it works great!
