    Had less than a month and stopped working

    We thought Shark was a quality product but have had less than a month and the robot will not find its dock. On top of that Best Buy only gives 15 days to return and this happened on day 17. I purchased the warranty through geek squad but since the machine has a manufacturer warranty it has to go through Shark. So I will not buy another Shark but I will NOT be shopping at Best Buy when Amazon has 30 days and so far in my experience better customer service!
