This is more frustrating than not. The mopping feature is a joke. And vacuuming not much better. It tries to clean a little here, little there. Will revisit rooms multiple times and clean a small spot before leaving the room. Sometimes just spins again and again in the same spot instead of cleaning in rows. Dont buy this.

My wife absolutely loves this mop vac! It truly reduces her cleaning time!

Good vacuum, but wishing the suction was stronger. I feel like my house is still dirty after it’s vacuumed. I also set “do not go” areas and it still goes there.

This is my second Shark. First one last 5 years and worked great, this one stopped working 67 days after delivery so I now have to go to Best Buy for service. The extended warranty is useless too.

I love that I can use an app to set this up and it does our cleaning in the evening and self empties!

It is nice not having to vacuum the floor myself but brush is already having to be replaced and I’m constantly having to get up and see what is stuck inside due to errors only to find nothing.

Was skeptical at first but after my wife set it up Iwas impressed. This thing really does a great job on our floors, would definitely reit.

Great combo vacuum/mop. If you use it for mopping, use either demineralized water or a combo with the shark cleaning solution - everything else makes it malfunction.

Love this thing. It runs while I’m away. I have kitty hair it did pretty good the first day but by day three of it running once a day other then the clawed up couch you would have no idea I had cats

After THREE HOURS of trying to get the Carpet Verification to work with ONE carpeted room that is 20 feet away the base, I give up. It goes all the way into hat room. I will just make EVERY area of my house (except the Base area) a carpet area, and I will only do mopping by Spot-Mopping. I will not schedule mopping. I have never seen a product fail at something so much. Was this feature even tested at the company? How would it have ever passed testing for this feature? On Reviews and on Reddit I see SO MANY people saying Carpet Verification was a total failure for them. DON'T advertise a feature when it isn't correctly implemented! FIX THIS!

It’s little loud when it unloads the trash and it does better in the hardwood/LVP floor than thick carpets.

When it mops, it misses a bunch of spots and does not go back over to get them. When it goes to empty, it always has an error message and it won’t empty the bag or compartment for the vacuuming. It does not pick up like my Roomba it just seems like the suction is not quite there and I really have to guide it to make it do its job even after I mapped it.

The set up was super easy. It did one clean with the set up then I did another clean while I was away. It automatically got stuck. I have since tried it twice while I was home and it stuck close to the homebase never moved past that and kept on saying it was tangled in debris. I have no pets in my place and I live in a studio apartment and it could not even clean my floors returning this after one actual use in less than one week.
