    I bought this for my daughter and her fiancé for Christmas. They have a small apartment so storage of extra appliances is an issue. This unit fits well tucked away and definitely helps with the day to day cleaning needs.

    Stopped mopping after 2 months. Not for multilevel homes. Have spent more time trying to troubleshoot. I should have just vacuumed and mopped my house myself. Waste of money.

    Great product to have if you have hairy dogs. No bags to buy, no issues to complain about. The mop feature is also great, never expect it to do all the work for you but great way of keeping things clean and helping out.

    Does well. I just dont like having to switch out the mop n vacuum when i need it to do one or the other. But great quality. Wished i could control it with the app like how i did my other robot vacume but still works great.

    I like this robot vacuum. It make my life easy. The vacuum leaves the floor spotless. It covers every area of the floor several times. It even blasts air into corners to get them really clean. And mop work very good.

    Worked first few weeks: mapped twice, used to vacuum 4 times, mop 1x, now will not chargeor connect to wifi. Purchase 8/, arrive 9/7 & return BB return window closed 9/15. Shark said not correct unit b/c no light on top of dock, so its not bagless self emptying? I have to tske puctures, email the. I , yhen wait for 5 days for Shark just to get back to me to let me know what they can do? I should have stuck to Amazon and/or better yet with Dyson. Now I have $500+ piece of crap.

    Do yourself a favor…..don’t buy this!! I could go all into how the app sucks and the vacuum doesn’t go back to where it left off when it has to return to base to empty/fluid is out/needs to charge, but it’s took aggravating. Also, I’m unable to select certain rooms for it to go clean because that’s the only way to get it to clean every room!!

    This shark vaccum does a great job! Its very thorough! Compared to other shark vaccums we have had this one is by far the best we have had. It gets the baseboards nice and shiny! Well worth the money!
