Disappointed

floor greasy and not posible mapping for two floor

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The cleanout is good, I think the floor gets a little greasy with the liquid included, maybe we need to get other detergent options, also its complicated that the equipment only works with one floor map and then you need to deleted and then work with the next floor over and over, that need to be solved by shark , that will be great with an update or something like that

Poor quality, broke twice in two months

Instead, it’s been nothing but a headache. The first one stopped working after just 3 weeks, so Shark replaced it. The second one also broke after about a month of use. Two failures in less than two months is unacceptable, and now I’m stuck chasing a refund. The quality just doesn’t match the price. I strongly suggest looking at other brands—don’t waste your time or money on this model.

Poor customer service

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this vacuum in February of 2023 and everthing worked well until a few months ago when it started spinning in circles and giving me an error 18. I finally got around to calling customer service this week and was told this was a known issue however because I was out of warranty they would not sell me the part to fix the issue that was for warranty customers only. They offered a 30% coupon if I purchased on the phone directly from them right now, I have been a fan of Shark products and own several however I will no longer be purchasing Shark products. I paid $642.00 for this vacuum and to be told we have the part to fix it but we won’t sell it to you is poor customer service in my opinion. I did not accept their 30% coupon but instead purchased a new Eufy from Best Buy.

Works good but has issues...

Issues with the mopping system.

Worked well for 1½ months before the catch broke on the tank followed by the catch on the pad plate breaking off as well. We are not rough on this but were using a few times a week. I have been trying to reach out to Sharks customer support as I've been having trouble with their site.

This thing is not intuitive to run, bangs into walls or furniture and the no-mop feature that I have reset 3 times (last time with support) still tries to map the carpet. Save your time and buy ecomop or others. Shark is garbage. I wish I could get my money back.
