Top quality cleaning with perfect navigation. Would have been much better if it had automatic water filling for mopping and self hot water cleaning.

I got the product in one day. It was missing a part. I called to see if they would send the part. No. So we had to drive it to UPS and send it back . Best Buy missed a sale. Now I'm looking for another product but I'm not coming to Best Buy.

Works well. For some reason it does not stay out of excluded zones. Gets stuff stuck in the roller that’s to large, so you have to rescue it.

I bought it because it had great reviews, haven’t used it yet because I’m waiting for my home to be finished. But it has a nice design to it.

Terrible, the map keeps getting wiped out and never goes to the area it’s assigned

Superior in clean up navigation and debris storage It is something we were looking for to help keep our floors clean having three dogs and a cat.

Shark is amazing always has been. I love how it does the corners eith the edge tech it has first then does the rest of the room. Its pretty elite.

NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY THIS!!! When it worked, it didn’t vacuum or mop that well. It worked for three months, and then it crapped out on me. Refused to mop within three feet of my walls or furniture. At a point where my wall and my couch are five feet from each other, the robot won’t go past it and says it’s “stuck”. There’s no use resetting it, there’s no use re-scanning the house, there’s no use calling customer service (Shark OR Best Buy), and there’s no use for this thing other than the world’s ugliest paperweight. To say I’m angry is an understatement. I want my money back.

I bought this 2 in 1 because i have another shark vacuum, which was put in the second floor for vacuuming carpet, this one was on the first floor for mostly tile with some rugs. The vacuuming power was not really there, didnt even try the mopping as the no go zone was not precise it would go on carpet even if it was for a test, so id imagine that with the mop attachment it would have gotten the rugs wets. Maybe its the app or maybe its the vacuum. Gave it about 15 tries to see if with time it would have gotten better even tried making the no go zones smaller but always would get at least a area of 2in by 48in.

Absolutely love it. Having 3 shredding animals it makes life easier between cleaning days. Bonus is using the app and running it when I’m not home.

Does not clean very well. Leaves the trash sometimes.

Overhyped the mopping part really sucked just get one that vacuums

Product doesnt work great to begin with. Storage capacity in the robot is very limited. Software is subpar and doesnt come with many features or intelligence. Had an issue with the product after a month of using it which rendered the product inoperable. Been dealing with their customer servicr for 2 months now to no avail. Calling this one a loss and just going to buy a different brand. Dont waste $400 on this product.

Worked great at first. After not even a year later, it stopped releasing water to mop and started making a very loud noise when vacuuming. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bought it on sale. Good value for the features and capabilities.

Worked really well, it picked up even the finest particles that you can’t even see! Totally recommended!

I love how efficient it is. It also does such a great job getting close to and under objects. I would absolutely recommend this vacuum.
