Great vacuum!

Not worth the money even on sale

Disappointing Purchase

Initially, it worked fine, but then it suddenly stopped functioning properly. I kept receiving an "Error 6," which indicates an obstruction to the front bumper, but there was nothing there. I tried troubleshooting by removing the bumper and manually cleaning it, but during this process, two of the nails broke off inside the device. Despite cleaning thoroughly, even though I was cleaning air, because again, nothing was there, the error persisted. Now, I’m stuck trying to schedule a repair through Best Buy, but the inconvenience doesn't stop there. I don’t have a car, which is why I ordered this online in the first place, and now I’ll have to pay for transport just to get it checked. To make matters worse, the product manufacturer hasn’t responded to my email. This purchase has been a frustrating waste of a large amount of money and time, and I’m disappointed in the lack of support from both the manufacturer and retailer.

Great for dog hair

Makes a huge difference!

Nightmare Purchase

A replacement was shipped but the robot was missing from the package only the docking station was in the box. Still no resolve after multiple attempts.
