    Had it for about 4 months and we loved it until it stopped dispensing the solution to map. We tried everything suggested to get it working again and it still not working properly.

    Worked great for one day and after that it just been parked in the corner collecting dust. Not mopping and when i send it out to vacuum it'll go out for a couple minutes and dock itself again. Tried fixing it myself but can't find anything that's worked. Ive called SHARK but they're not ready to be on the phone for 30 minutes and to be transfered around. Unfortunately can't return it but hope to fix it soon

    I was excited to purchase this product. After having to return it due to the mop only working for about 2 months, I thought purchasing the geeksquad insurance would be a smart move. It wasn’t, geeksquad tried to take care of it, but unfortunately the manager was in a hurry to clock out and refused taking it back.

    WAS great. Bought in April it has been clogged every time it runs since May. Yesterday it stopped working completely. I contacted shark who told me that i could purchase a part because the cup that holds the dirt and the water is not covered under warranty. I purchased for four hundred twenty one dollars and 2 months later they want me to buy more parts ?? Um. No.
