    Vacuum got caught on the edge of a throw rug and stopped, it got stuck at the leg of a lamp and stopped and at one time it only ran for 8 minutes then re docked itself Other people I k is said they have had good luck with theirs

    Not a fan. It does not do a good job mopping and in the 3 weeks I’ve had it I think it’s only completed one cleaning job and made it back to the dock. Now it’s not working at all.

    It was advertised that this robot goes around objects this is so far from being true my old shark robot does a much better job then this one does this new robot hits just about evetything on the floor including smacking into all of the chsirs stay away from this product not worth it for the ammount of money they are charging for it

    I’ve had this Shark vacuum for about a year, and it already stopped working. It cleaned well at first, but for the price, I expected it to last much longer. Very disappointed.

    It works well but it needs a lot of maintenance. It fails to return to dock, uses a lot of battery charge and disconnects for no reason. It also gets stuck for no reason often

    The product did not meet my expectations. It doesn't pick up dust well. I purchased it after I had new flooring installed. I thought it would pick up dust from the install.
