    The matrix plus is trash. I purchased it last night, and it has not been able to dock. I had to power it down because it was trying for an hour. When I turned it on this morning, I thought it was the same thing. It's also very loud compared to my previous shark robo vac.

    Not recommended after 6 months of light use, the Mop doesn't work property. And the warranty service is poor. When it was new, it worked amazing

    This is a terrible product. The dust bin has broken not once but twice now in less than 3 months. Theres clearly a product defect that shark has yet to fix.

    Complete garbage, will not mop at all. So so at picking up dirt and debris, gets stuck on vents and throws an error. It will be returned.

    Small plastic parts are very fragile, once they are broken you can no longer make the vacuum clean correctly. We had this vacuum less than 2 weeks before the plastic part on the mopping attachment broke off. Then, less than 1 week later, the small plastic part that holds the spring down on the bottom of the vacuum broke off so that we were unable to use the vacuum at all anymore.

    Product does not stay connected. I’ve had it a month and have literally had to connect it to my wireless internet EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve used it just for it to lose connection AGAIN! Best Buy only have a 15 day return policy!
