Poor customer service at Best Buy.

Bad sensors

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Robot was constantly getting stuck in a place a out in map to avoid, it only cleaned once and it didn’t mop all of the areas just corners and not the center, it never went back to the dock by itself it never found dock and was just going back and forward and it get disconnected because it never got back to dock

Huge let down from shark

This one is a HUGE let down. The vacum function is awful and the mopping is worse. Dont waste your time.

Don’t waste your money

They charge you for any replacement parts. I had not even had this 6 months before it stopped working the first time. Paid for and received the replacement and 2 months later that one stopped working.

Great! Until its Not!

Several pieces just flung out. A spring from the grey button just flung itself across the room. So disapoointed.
