This item is incredible. It cleans the floors and carpet amazing . Easy use and easy to clean

Gave it to my mom as a gift, she loves it so much. Helps clean up the house and makes the work load on her super easier.

Very good, does well cleaning, can have smaller components break, amazon has replacement kits for 30 bucks with tons of components to fix all minor issues

As a vacuum cleaner it is very good, it has large wheels, it doesn't get stuck in furry carpets, As a mop also works well, the only downside is that the cleaning tank on the base only works when using the vacuum cleaner (if you install the mop, the base will only be used to charge the battery) Other issue is the restriction to install the APP in foreign Countries

This is great for hair. Hard time getting it to mop but for the money it will pick up hair and dirt really well. Soap smells amazing wish I could get it to mop better.

Trying to program to recognize my carpet/rug area. Having a little trouble. Other than that i love it.

Took so many attempts to set it up with your phone, but after that it worked perfectly!! I recommend this forsure.

It works great for cleaning and even a surface level mop. The problem is once a month it randomly disconnects from the app and the only way you can fix it is by deleting it and fully reconnecting. The first time it did that I lost the home’s entire map and had to redo them. The past few times it has kept the map. Either way- it’s annoying to have to manually reconnect each month for no apparent reason.

I’d like to start this review by stating that I’ve had Shark products in the past, and have had very little problems with them. That being said; this is not just the worst robot vacuum I’ve ever purchased. It’s in the running for one of the worst THINGS I’ve ever purchased. I cant walk more than three feet away from this thing if it’s running which is an even bigger bummer than it sounds because it can rarely get more than five feet away from the charging base. The map is profoundly useless.. This machine has missed it’s target room at a rate of 100%. I set which room for it to go to, and watch it pathetically flounder about the area surrounding the charging base popping up error code after error code. IF you can successfully have this piece of garbage make it to the desired room (Which is a MASSIVE if) you get the absolute pleasure of watching it choke on even the smallest things. Shame on you Shark. You should’ve left this one on the drawing board. How dare you charge consumers for this. I hope this review finds you hard at work cutting refund checks.

Amazing does just what i need it to. Cleans the floors very well. You can also take everything apart and order new parts. The vacuum is very fixable

Started out amazing. Never got stuck, or lost. or "on a cliff". was so quiet, i didnt know it was running. After a few weeks. it will literally get stuck in a doorway or a rug. Also, seems to get louder everyday. even after taking it apart to see if there was something stuck.. Its super loud-like cant hear the tv loud.

2 in 1 vacuum and mop really works the best! It is amazing that this can do home mapping and youre good to go! This is really a must buy item!

This vacuum replaced another robot. I much prefer this unit. Ease of use, the app, dependability.

The cleaning is good, how ever it concounters issue with mopping after couple of weeks. The shark customer care is waste of time and never helps you.

It does a great job ! It runs out of charge before it finishes our house but it goes back and docks itself and once recharged it goes back to where it left off . I was worried half the house would never get cleaned but it starts right back up on its own .

I've been running the vacuum daily for about a year now without any serious issues. My only complaints are related to the App. It frequently logs me out unprompted and some times takes several times to log back in. The app also frequently deletes the map of the house so in order to use the room feature, I have to stop what I'm doing and re-add all the rooms in the house. As a whole, the app needs some major work and I'm not sure i would buy it again.
