Works really good I'm just think,that software could be better, vacuum's and mops quicker than another brand I have that just vacuums. And does a better job.

Good if you don’t have pets , or atleast my dog was not a fan of it . But perfect for a quick clean.

Love this little robot. Only thing that seems to be an issue is the little arm brush, it tends to get work down and pop off. Device still works well though.

Does a really good job, but can't pick up hair like if you shaved and dropped it on the ground or what not. But the no will get it if you switch over to that. The noise is 50-53 dbs, so super quiet.

bought this for my morher for morhers day and she loves it. it does a great job mopping and vaccuming. the directions are very clear how to set up and use.

Works really well. Only problem i had was that I couldn't connect the robot to an android device.

I really wanted to love my robot vacuum. But, I have had it for 2 months and honestly feel like it is much more trouble than it is worth. The main reason I wanted it is because we have pets and of course fur goes everywhere. They are all short haired, and truly not a lot of shedding. The vacuum does a good job picking up dust, but leaves everything else on the floor. I have to run the regular vacuum at least every other day and that totally defeats the purpose. And now, while in operation, the lever that holds the dust bin in place popped off. It is held in place with a spring and I have no idea where the spring went. After hours of searching, I assume it must be in Canada. I don't know. All in all, disappointed with this fairly pricey purchase.

Very good machine. I love it. It helped me a lot to mop and clean the house. The machine works very good thank you to Best Buy.

I’ve had this for almost three years and I would not purchase it again. I’ve already had to replace the mop bin twice. The first one stopped dispensing the cleaning fluid and the second one started leaking all over the place. The warranty didn’t cover it so that’s $50 each. The cover that holds the roller also broke and the rubber strip that protects the walls and furniture came off. I hate that you’re not able to re-explore a single room, you have to do the entire house. My next robot vacuum/mop will not be a Shark.

Run 'Clean Latifah' on a schedule (yes you can name it) with the vacuum, switch out for the mop head every few days. It picks up much better than I originally thought. Having a toddler definitely pushes the limits on daily cleaning, but this Shark vacuum hasn't disappointed. Truly advise the slightly higher cost for the dust bin.

I love the shark vacuum and mop. It works great. However, there is a design flaw with the fluid reservoir. It has a small plastic clip that breaks pretty frequently.

I had to return it , as my house is not big enough for the machine to work properly . Wish I had a bigger house so I could have kept it . I would recommend it if you have a bigger area to use it in .

Bought this for my wife for mothers day, and she loves it!!!. Amazing how smart this product is. Sweeps, mops and vacuums. Great investment.

Cleans well, definitely some work is needed on the software. When you first attach the mopping attachment it can take almost a full pass of my kitchen before it starts dispensing fluid. Also, the house mapping could be better or easier to tune. Took a couple hours to get it dialed in to mop next to our area rug but not on it.

works good like a tornado. make sure nothing is in it’s way or it will try to eat it up, including the dogs bed, the wires under the adjustable bed, Christmas tree skirt, etc

Honestly a nice vacuum but the app needs updating. It does seem to get "lost" occasionally. I send the vacuum to vacuum the kitchen and it randomly heads to the bathroom first. Probably needs to be remapped but could also be an app issue.

Got this robot right after me and my family got a new place. Have kept the place clean both hardwood floor and carpet. My first mop robot and I like it so far.
