  • Map needs some work

    The vacuum cleaner works great. When I tried to mop a small area, it refused to go. It was leaving the dock, making the regular noise then returning to the dock without doing anything. It is very quick to map the area, but it took me 3 or 4 attempts to recognize my 2 bedroom apartment. The app is not precise to separate the rooms. I wish the AI could recognize the hard/carpet lines on the border of the room and adjust it accordingly. When I'm vacuuming my dining area (hard floor), 1 foot into the carpet (living room) is also interpreted as if it is in the dining area.

    Expensive even on sale it cost 4 bills especially comparing it to other robot vacuums but worth it if you have a pet. It does well for vacuuming and mopping. The mapping function is a bit annoying but you have that issue in the beginning.

    I love my new robot vacuum! It clean very good, take time to come back and reclean, mopping clean. It is a good size which gives it clean under bed and cabinets

    Works well for being our first robot vacuum. Mopping feature is really goos and self clean feature helps not needing to empty the trash daily. Highly recommended.

    Used it in both modes and works perfectly. The App is working great. Maybe you need time at the beginning to configure your house map and areas but having this tool makes everything easier and better. My wife is in love with this robot because floors look shiny everyday. I recommend this product

    Absolutely love this product was such a great investment my wife loves it because she no longer has to sweep or mop!!! We have hardwood flooring throughout the entire house an it does a great job vacuuming and mopping so easy to program and it empties it self!

    So easy to setup and runs like a champ. Does a good job with dog hair. I haven't tried the mop function yet so it could be a higher review. Worth it even if you don't use it!

    It does the job, but the app is so slow. Also, I thought I'd be able to run some errands and come back to clean floors...no. I have to supervise this to help it stay in a specific area. I wish I can use the app to send it to a specific point on the map. Lots of compartments to clean out too. Sort of high maintenance. Not worth the $ for me :(

    I warrantied it out 2 times already within a month and the mop stops working, this vacuum works good and mops great! But very disappointing it stops mopping after couple days.
