This guy is awesome!! Very accurate mapping and does not miss any spots!!

New vacuum/robot mop works well. Quieter than previous robot vacuums. Mop is decent but don’t expect perfection.

Had this Shark 2 in 1 for less than a month and I love it. The mapping feature works wonderfully. I send it to the kitchen to vacuum and then it returns home. That is so handy to do a quick vacuum in a particular room. Spot cleaning is an awesome feature as well. I used the mopping attachment once and it worked pretty good. For a quick clean up, this is a great little machine.

This is a great piece of equipment. It is the first time that I actually use any of these robots but I'm very happy with the result. I don't have to worry anymore for cleaning my floors. I have set it up to clean my apartment three times a week and it does it automatically. I love walking into my apartment and see the floors clean and smelling good.

It offers great value for its price point. The vacuuming performance is impressive, although the mopping function is rather basic, effectively cleaning about 60% of the floor. The accompanying app is user-friendly, yet it necessitates mapping the rugs and carpeted areas. In comparison to more advanced robotic models like Roborock or Dreame, this product falls short in terms of object avoidance, self-cleaning of the mop, or auto-refilling the mop solution—all of which are not available options in this model.

Love this robot. So much easier to use than the other brand I replaced it with. The mop function is awesome as it actually mops like I would. It actually scrubs as it goes and doesn’t leave the floor wet. The vacuum is powerful. The self-emptying is handy as it docks and empties to complete the whole house.

It is not easy to use for an older person, and the cleaning performance is low.

I love how clean I recommend it. And more if you have a pet, it leaves you with the floor spotless.

This vacuum is amazing! It cleans deeply and thoroughly, and my mom really likes it (she gets less tired). All you have to do is make sure there’s nothing lying around, and it does the rest on its own.

The vacuum cleaner works great. When I tried to mop a small area, it refused to go. It was leaving the dock, making the regular noise then returning to the dock without doing anything. It is very quick to map the area, but it took me 3 or 4 attempts to recognize my 2 bedroom apartment. The app is not precise to separate the rooms. I wish the AI could recognize the hard/carpet lines on the border of the room and adjust it accordingly. When I'm vacuuming my dining area (hard floor), 1 foot into the carpet (living room) is also interpreted as if it is in the dining area.

Bought this for my mother. She’s been loving the ease of using it. She is able to vacuum her home while being miles away from it. My only critique is that you have to swap the mop manually, which isn’t too much of a hassle.
