We recently redid the flooring in our home. The wife always wanted a robot vacuum. So when the black Friday deals were put out she couldn't resist. It vacuums and mops. She has been playing with it for weeks now.

Cleans really well! We have a dog that sheds like crazy, and this guy (we named him Bruce) picks most of the hair! Saves me so much time, and while it doesnt get every corner and crevice it does so much that makes me chores list easier. I highly recommend, especially if you can get it on sale. I bought it full price and I do not regret it!

I recently invested in this Vacuum Cleaner and I am absolutely blown away by its capabilities! This vacuum cleaner is not just your ordinary cleaning device - it's a game-changer that combines vacuuming and mopping functionalities, all while being able to clean on its own with just a few taps on the accompanying app I really recommend it if you have dogs also!!!

Excellent robot vacuum + mop. I’m very impressed with its UI interface on the Shark App. The self emptying feature is a MUST. This saves us so much time, and the Matrix cleaning feature is awesome for spot cleaning random messes in the house or by the front door when there’s a lot of foot traffic.

I bought Bruce because Im disabled and I have a Lab that sheds alot. I have not tried the mopping feature yet, but he does a very good job of sweeping. I read reviews of people that have kids and animals with toys on the floor. As long as whats laying on the floor isn't heavy, Bruce will move it out of his way.

The vacuum is excellent and I love how clean my floor is. The mopping part leaves a little to be desired and can be kind of messy.

Love the robot. Makes work easy. Only downside is it doesn’t climb stairs. I just have to place it on the next level and push clean

For an automated vacuum it works well. It’s a little difficult to set up the mapping along with the carpets but was able to manage. Enjoying it so far especially having two dogs that shed a lot. Had a different one prior to this one and this works a lot better

Easy to and small enough to fit in a pantry or closet. We love the efficiency and quietness. Set it to clean overnight and you don’t even hear it!

Love this product so much it’s made a huge difference definitely worth the buy it recommend the shark vacuum

Easy to use, it works well in either of the two modes, the complaint always makes a report after each cleaning cycle, the fact that the tank is cleaned is only perfect, it can be programmed to work every day at a specific time, it does not make noise and is easy to control.

The truth has left me very impressed with this device, I had never bought something like this and I tried this for the first time and the truth makes your life easier and saves you time, it is amazing I recommend it 100% thanks SHARK LOVE YOU ..

I would not buy this product again. I will definitely think twice before buying another Shark product after this one. We have not been able to mop with this yet. It has a feature that is supposed to trace the boundaries of rugs and carpets so it does not mop those areas. It has failed this test every time. I tried enlarging the rug areas on the app. This did not work. I tried making the rug areas as their own rooms thinking you could customize the schedule to vacuum all rooms but only mop specific rooms; this is not an option (It's either all or nothing). We are to the point now that we are going to risk it mopping over everything, but we can't find any instructions on the app or the included documentation on how to fill the reservoir. Do we fill it up with only the solution provided, do we dilute it?

This is the best vacuum. I’ve had it for 7 days and already ran it about 14 times! The mop is amazing and you could set the designated rooms and the areas to mop. The eyes I added to it are a fun addition for the kids. You

Absolutely love this machine! I have it vacuum when i leave for work and come home to a clean house. Its like having a maid cause i feel everything should be cleaned up before it goes to work

What a back-saver this cleaning bot is! It's amazing how accurate it's mapping feature is, and how easy it is with the app to label my rooms, send it to specific areas of the house, and know when it is done or just emptying it's dust bin. Worth every penny!

Excellent; it's helped me a lot around my house. It cleans and sweeps really well and gets into the small cracks perfectly. I recommend it, just as it was recommended to me.

I was skeptical about getting one since I have tall thresholds and wasn’t sure it would be able to get over them. This one does with ease. It sweeps and mops up after my 2 cats and dog perfectly.
