I really am enjoying learning this new vac/mop. Sure at first it was challenging mapping my house out, but now that I’ve gotten the hang of it; its working like a charm

Bought for my wife for xmas. It would not reconizthe mop attachment by the 10th of january. Tried to trouble shoot myself for a week. Finally had time to bring it back for an exchange. Best buy told me nope sorry been over 15 days. So with no help there on my $700 vacuum, I emailed shark. Shark is sending me a new mop head apparently however its not in stock and they cant tell me when it will ship. I asked for a unit so I can exchange and was told nope sorry. Now I have a $700 robot that sits there. So moral of this story is dont buy from best buy and shark because neither one will fix your issue. Good luck.

Absolutely amazing. I use this everyday runs on its own during the evening.

We love it, cleans very good, the only thing i dont like about it is that you cant schedule cleaning just for specific room. No option for that. It does the whole house.

Two years later, and she still does the job. If you have a big dog that sheds alot, you will have to empty the canister more. But, it is very advanced.

Gets stuck on socks easily, but no complaints outside of that! Picks up dog hair very well

I’ve always loved the Shark brand, but this model was a real letdown compared to my previous Shark robot. The main issue was with the mopping function—the water didn’t dispense properly onto the pad, leaving it dry and ineffective. On top of that, it struggled to pick up debris, which my older Shark handled with no problem. I was excited about the features like sonic mopping and self-emptying, but in practice, the execution just wasn’t there. The messy water system and poor cleaning performance made it frustrating to use. Sadly, while I’m usually a big Shark fan, this model feels like a flop.

Well I switched over from a iRobot i3 to this shark man I was hopping this would work definitely DO NOT buy the combo vacuums it’s point less when you constantly have to switch the containers over from the mopping and the vacuum container. I definitely recommend only getting the self cleaning vacuum that part is awesome, but having to switch back-and-forth and empty out the vacuum attachment gets annoying it defeats the purpose of self cleaning and does OK mopping not the greatest. And I’m kind of stuck with this one because my return date was expired by one day and I failed to add the extended warranty was just super busy at work. We’ll see how this will last and for the price I would get separate one for vacuuming and one for mopping, the combo is not practical.

So the vac and mop work great. But the fact you have to swap out the mop. Or the vacuum kinda sucks.

Very easy setup, explanations, and controls with the compatible app that my parents had no trouble managing. Works as described and does a great job for the value!

My irobot the best investment so far do what is supposed to and more, really satisfied

The product does as expected the only downside is the clip that holds on the tank is extremely cheap plastic and broke within a week so held together with tape till a replacement is available.

Love this robotic cleaner! Not only does it suck all dirt on the floor, it mops and leaves my house smelling wonderful!!

Absolutely horrible. The device itself has the potential to clean well, but the software and phone app are the worst I have ever used. It still has not correctly mapped my small apartment despite 8 attempts at mapping that took over 10 hours to get completed. When it does clean it only goes around the edges of the space, never cleans the middle of any floor. The app is consistently not showing the map and does not follow commands. I thought maybe the first robot was just defective so I returned it and tried again, but the second one is just as bad. Horrible product, no wonder it's on such a big sale.
