He cleans well, makes a little noise and now it is difficult for him to enter the base, as an observation, the liquid ends very quickly and does not make the map well it does not recognize silver objects

Front of box shows that is is filled with water and states self empty for up to 60 days. Thats only true if you dont have the mop attachment on. It only self empties with the vacuum attachment. You have to manually dump when using the vacuum only attachment. Not sure I would have purchased if i knew I had to change attachments everytime to switch between mom and vacuum self empty.

I love this mop. We have 3 dogs and this thing does a great job of cleaning up. My only complint is I boight this is September and 2 parts broke already. I will have to take it in for replacement parts. Not gear for a $500 robot vacuum.

Overall, this is a decent vacmop for the price point. However, I’ve owned it for a little over five months now and the plastic hinged plug for the mop attachment broke recently despite being very gently used. It still functions, but the broken pieces must be strategically placed back together in order to work properly, which takes more time than to just manually vacuum or mop. I’m hoping I can get the part replaced as it is still under the manufacturer warranty.

Right Year Old Tech Head

My job keeps me very busy. Who knew that a small device could make my life easier. My eight year old is a tech head and he downloaded the app. He now takes care of the floors in the house. Anything else you have that can be linked to an app so he can clean I’m buying it. Lol he named her Rosie and I love the relationship. Lol

Do not buy, i purchased this for Christmas for $350.00 and for the last 3 weeks it has been acting funky but today when i tried to use it it just spins around in a circle. I called the support number and i actuall have to pay for fed ex for them to send me a part that i have to install. This is Unreal, this product is not woth the time, trouble or headache.

The tank button that holds it all together broke after 4 months. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of the techs on the phone and you get routed to the wrong department. They send you to the robot department and have to hold again for another 30 minutes, I’ve been on hold for over an hour and still have not spoken to anyone about a warranty replacement for a broken part. This robot is useless and just a paperweight at the moment. I’m disappointed with this company as this is not the first item that has broken on us.

I bought this machine out of desperation. My Shiba’s hair shedding was killing me. I was sweeping every other day. Bundles of hair everywhere. I run this thing everyday. It’s a life saver. Haven’t used mop yet though.

Very good robot vacuum cleaner, it really cleans very well and some areas that are not easy to reach such as under the bed. I would say that it fulfills its function and I would give it 8/10.
