At the beginning my wife and I thought it was going to be a great appliance and save a lot of time moping the floor, but it did work as we wanted. The swiping was good, no dirt in the floor, but the mopping always left a lot of was residue in the floor and you could see it.

Good vacuum, but wishing the suction was stronger. I feel like my house is still dirty after it’s vacuumed. I also set “do not go” areas and it still goes there.

Lobe the robots wish the mapping was better and it didnt have so many error messages adbout a cliff nearby or goofy stuff.. cleans decent

More relaxed cleaning method! highly recommended!!

Great combo vacuum/mop. If you use it for mopping, use either demineralized water or a combo with the shark cleaning solution - everything else makes it malfunction.

The set up was super easy. It did one clean with the set up then I did another clean while I was away. It automatically got stuck. I have since tried it twice while I was home and it stuck close to the homebase never moved past that and kept on saying it was tangled in debris. I have no pets in my place and I live in a studio apartment and it could not even clean my floors returning this after one actual use in less than one week.

Bought this for the wife as an upgrade to a 4 year old roomba. The Shark has been amazing and is handing a household with 5 dogs in superb fashion.

Love how you can set up mapping especially when you have a large home

It’s little loud when it unloads the trash and it does better in the hardwood/LVP floor than thick carpets.

I love this thing! With 3 dogs it's difficult to keep the dog hair cleaned up, this little machine takes care of that for me!

The vacuum itself has great pickup ability but my baseboards have seen better days I literally had to retouch up majority of my baseboards because of this vacuum and I'm trying to sell my house so this will definitely be going back. I don't need more damage to my house because of this robot

I am happy with it but you have to fill out the cleaning fluid everytime !

It does the job and helps save time and energy to clean the floor. I need to clean the corner myself. It is all right.

I thought this for my work office to help with floors during the week and it’s done amazing. The only thing I’ve found difficult is fine tuning the no go zones/carpeted areas.

A very handy appliance. Can be out of town and still have it vacuum the whole house. Saves me a lot of time and trouble. I love it.

I replaces my irobot with this because the parts of Irobot is always needing to be replaced cuz it wears out easily. So I said, it will be good to try a new brand since I love Ninja I will try their robot vacuums. I bought this last year and been giving it a chance and been trying to convince myself that it will get better. Now that I put a rug in my living room, it doesn't pick up the dog hair at all! I have been having issue with the hard floors as well because it doesn't really clean the floor and it is so dumb that the wheels keep on getting stuck somewhere! I never had any problems like this with my irobot before, but this is worse. I cannot even return it because it is past 90days!. I bought for around $700 I believe and now I don't even use the mop as well because it doesn't really clean the floor, it will just look wet but when gets dried it didn't clean the floor. I am so frustrated with this robot, I have a video of it vacuuming on the rug and not even picking up the dog hair. I have three dogs and this is why I cannot afford to lose a robot vacuum. Now I am stuck with this, or I have to spend more money to get a different brand!
