    I replaces my irobot with this because the parts of Irobot is always needing to be replaced cuz it wears out easily. So I said, it will be good to try a new brand since I love Ninja I will try their robot vacuums. I bought this last year and been giving it a chance and been trying to convince myself that it will get better. Now that I put a rug in my living room, it doesn't pick up the dog hair at all! I have been having issue with the hard floors as well because it doesn't really clean the floor and it is so dumb that the wheels keep on getting stuck somewhere! I never had any problems like this with my irobot before, but this is worse. I cannot even return it because it is past 90days!. I bought for around $700 I believe and now I don't even use the mop as well because it doesn't really clean the floor, it will just look wet but when gets dried it didn't clean the floor. I am so frustrated with this robot, I have a video of it vacuuming on the rug and not even picking up the dog hair. I have three dogs and this is why I cannot afford to lose a robot vacuum. Now I am stuck with this, or I have to spend more money to get a different brand!

    Stopped mopping after 2 months. Not for multilevel homes. Have spent more time trying to troubleshoot. I should have just vacuumed and mopped my house myself. Waste of money.

    This robot vacuum/mop works great on my hardwoods! I have a Shark combo vacuum/mop which I love so knew that if I was going to try a robot one, it would be Shark. It works well doing both types of cleaning. The container holds a lot so there's not a lot of having to change it out.

    I am very pleased with the shark matrix plus 2n1 vacuum and mop. It cleans the whole house in 160 minutes on a single charge in eco mode. It docks and empties flawlessly.

    I bought this for my daughter and her fiancé for Christmas. They have a small apartment so storage of extra appliances is an issue. This unit fits well tucked away and definitely helps with the day to day cleaning needs.

    We named it Dusty. Mapping system works well and scheduling times to sweep makes other chores more managable. Is a bit pricey

    I am surprised because it has 10 months of use and it shows an error that even I review and try to fix but no. It is a good vacuum and I love when it works; but it is not so low priced to present this issues in less than a year.

    Great product to have if you have hairy dogs. No bags to buy, no issues to complain about. The mop feature is also great, never expect it to do all the work for you but great way of keeping things clean and helping out.

    One of the items my wife did not like is that you have to keep an eye in chaging the water or it got confuse while cleaning around the furniture. My son was there to help with the issues, but when my wife goes to work she did not have peace on her mind.
