Shark vacuum

Had less than a month and stopped working

On top of that Best Buy only gives 15 days to return and this happened on day 17. I purchased the warranty through geek squad but since the machine has a manufacturer warranty it has to go through Shark. So I will not buy another Shark but I will NOT be shopping at Best Buy when Amazon has 30 days and so far in my experience better customer service!

Extra work to add mop attachment

We sincerely understand where you're coming from regarding the pad needing to be attached to the Matrix 2-in-1 robot every time you want to use it for mopping your floors. However, we kindly recommend our PowerDetect 2-in-1 robot with NeverTouch Pro Base, model RV2820ZE. This robot not only automatically empties debris into the 60-day capacity bin but also automatically refills its own water tank for up to 30 days and washes and dries the mopping pad after every clean. Not great, Best Buy even worse.

It would not reconizthe mop attachment by the 10th of january. Tried to trouble shoot myself for a week. Finally had time to bring it back for an exchange. Best buy told me nope sorry been over 15 days. So with no help there on my $700 vacuum, I emailed shark. Shark is sending me a new mop head apparently however its not in stock and they cant tell me when it will ship. I asked for a unit so I can exchange and was told nope sorry. Now I have a $700 robot that sits there. So moral of this story is dont buy from best buy and shark because neither one will fix your issue. Good luck.

Great unit.

We have different types of flooring, hard surfaces, carpet, etc and it is working well. I think it is still mapping the floors. Very happy with the purchase.

Has saved me a lot of time in the first 2 weeks already. Highly recommend. To add I have 4 dogs and 2 cats all of which live inside with me. I haven’t seen a dust or fur ball in two weeks as well. Which was my main concern.

Not worth it

The app could be better too. My map has erased on its own a few times. It’s truly irritating. I was so excited to get it, now I hate looking at it.
