My son was there to help with the issues, but when my wife goes to work she did not have peace on her mind.

REGRET BUYING!!

I could go all into how the app sucks and the vacuum doesn’t go back to where it left off when it has to return to base to empty/fluid is out/needs to charge, but it’s took aggravating. Also, I’m unable to select certain rooms for it to go clean because that’s the only way to get it to clean every room!!

I just dont like having to switch out the mop n vacuum when i need it to do one or the other. But great quality. Wished i could control it with the app like how i did my other robot vacume but still works great.

Leaves floor spotless.

The vacuum leaves the floor spotless. It covers every area of the floor several times. It even blasts air into corners to get them really clean. And mop work very good.

Compared to other shark vaccums we have had this one is by far the best we have had. It gets the baseboards nice and shiny! Well worth the money!

Poor design and function.

I also don’t like that the vacuum and mop units need to be swapped out. Camera system for detection is not great. Runs over items that are below a certain height so it will steamroll right over dog poop and smear it everywhere. I do not recommend this model

Poor quality, broke twice in two months

Instead, it’s been nothing but a headache. The first one stopped working after just 3 weeks, so Shark replaced it. The second one also broke after about a month of use. Two failures in less than two months is unacceptable, and now I’m stuck chasing a refund. The quality just doesn’t match the price. I strongly suggest looking at other brands—don’t waste your time or money on this model.

Works good but has issues...

Love shark but hate this one

I have a rnach and it took all day to clean it. 3 hour to charge. It was also lound. I love shark but this one is a let down big time. Bought a bobsweep hoping it is better.
